Hotel com ótima localização e no agito “ Plaka” A 100 m do Metroe ponto de ônibus que leva até o aeroporto . Fiquei no quinto andar de frente e muito bem acomodado. Para quem usa o hotel somente para dormir uma excelente opção.

Bom custo benefício. Equipe atenciosa, quartos limpos, e como em quase todos os hotéis em que estive na Grécia os banheiros são um pouco pequenos, entretanto não chega a ser um transtorno. Bom café da manhã. Excelente localização, muito próximo ao Syntagma e a Plaka.

In the adverse conditions with the snowstorm in Greece on January 24/25 and the extremely low temperatures, the hotel refused a stay to my boyfriends co worker who was stuck at night after work from the snow and could not go home. He was thrown out at night with such cold and snow without a roof without food without a battery on the cell phone and without any means of transportation, because he did not have an ID to enter the PAID room we booked to help him. No exceptions in such circumstances. The man lives very far away and was stranded in the Athens center, with busses and metro being shut down due to icy roads. They did not help him find another accommodation, they did not call/help him call the police or his home to help identify him and send a copy of the ID to the hotel and they do not return the money, because "the hotel had the right to evict the customer if he did not have an ID". The receptionist, when I called to see if he arrived safe, angrily told me "there are other places where he can turn to, he can call the police or find public accommodation. I do not know where he went and which way he went and I really don't care." With a simple phone call to the police or his house, they would have found his details and a copy of his ID on the spot. He could not call anyone for help himself because his phone battery was dead. They didn't even call a taxi who could come with chained wheels to take him home. When we were able to communicate he told us that the receptionist was very rude and ironic and refused to offer him any help. The colleague stayed outside all night when it snowed in polar temperatures, and the next day at noon he managed to hitchhike in a car that took him for a while and the rest he walked to Spata(if anyone wants to search how far that is from Syntagma) , since the next day there were still no busses or metro. They endangered his life while there were ways to help. And they even refuse to refund. We trusted this hotel with his safety.

Awesome place for short stay. Though the rooms small but that’s okay if you are going to spend most of your time outside the hotel. Comfortable beds. Lovely and helpful staff. Acropolis and shopping street on walking distance.

A good and decent hotel for if you are staying for one or two days in Athens. Hotel is located in a central and happening place of Syntagma. All attractions are nearby and at walkable distance. There is an option in the hotel to store your luggage in a locker in case you reach early. It costs you 2 Euros for a locker.

Te sacan dinero a la que pueden. Vaya robo los 2€ que se quedan por utilizar las taquillas de la consigna y los 6€ de comisión que se quieren llevar por pedir un taxi.

Centrally located within walking distance from all the important places to visit. A few meters from Syntagma square which has direct route to the airport by metro. Tons of restaurant nearby just outside the hotel. The hotel is reasonably priced considering its location and facilities. Breakfast is included and food is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room has all the basic necessities and it gets cleaned everyday. Can't really fault this place, we enjoyed staying here and will choose this hotel again if we re-visit Athens.

I stayed at the Arethusa twice for 2-3 nights about a week apart.Arethusa was really good for a European hotel.The location is phenomenal.The rooms were decently spacious.The AC worked well (had trouble keeping up with the hottest days, but we were there during the hottest days on record).The elevator was small and hot on hot days, but functioned well.Really couldn't fit more than one person and their luggage in the elevator.The lobby smelled horribly like cigarette smoke, but thankfully the rooms did not.Most of the staff were very helpful.One was not.The beds were firm (not my thing, but some people like firm beds).I liked the pillows. There was no toilet paper allowed in the toilet so a trash can is provided.The shower could be hard to keep water in the shower as the lip was about 3 inches and only blocked by a shower curtain.Thankfully there are drains on the floor - a family member had a hard time keeping water in the shower.Plenty of lights, very few outlets.We had one outlet in the bathroom in one room and the other room had two outlets I believe.Overall it was a nice stay with a few blips.

Very good location, breakfast was good with lots of options, the only problem I had which is typical of the area and not a specific flaw is the twin beds are right next to each other rather than having some space between. Little annoying when staying with a friend but not the end of the world.
Also the rooftop area was closed off when I went which was unfortunate but if it opens up again you really do get a great view of the acropolis.

This is a great centralized location. Although it's not fancy it was cleaned daily. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding experience. The breakfast is quite decent. The receptionists were always ncoe and ready to help.We asked them for help to get a rapid antigen test before out flight and they were very helpful as getting information in English that is updated and trusted is very difficult during the pandemic situation.

Hotel muy bien situado, sencillo pero cómodo, habitación con cama grande, armario, tv, caja fuerte, nevera. Baño pequeño pero te duchas bien, sin bidé,te ponen amenitis, las toallas de calidad normal y las sábanas buenas. La Wifi un poco lenta. Desayuno completo,beicon, salchichas,huevos....bollería, zumos, café...con el covi el buffet es servido, pides lo que quieres y te lo ponen en una bandeja. La limpieza de las habitaciones no la hacen a diario por el covi, pides toallas limpias y sacas las sucias. La ubicación es excelente,no necesitas el metro para ir a ningún sitio, excepto al Pireo. Es un hotel sencillo pero confortable, las puertas de las habitaciones hacen mucho ruido al cerrarse y es molesto porque despiertan, es de estilo griego, como de playa. En general es una buena decisión. Desde la azotea se ve la acropolis. Aire acondicionado,el autobús que va al aereopuerto está a 200m.

Me encantó!!! muy lindo hotel, las habitaciones muy confortables, muy buena atención de su personal. El desayuno muy variado yabundante. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todas las atracciones más importantes a las que se puede acceder a pie. Una buena opción por si se quiere salir de noche. Y algunas habitaciones tienen vista al Acrópolis.
