Em primeiro lugar, este estabelecimento tem uma boa relação qualidade / preço, funcionários simpáticos e processo de check in e out fácil. Lindos quartos, vistas deslumbrantes (adorei ver o balão de ar quente passando no início da manhã) e o interior é absolutamente lindo, adoro as cores e o ambiente. A comida é deliciosamente deliciosa - adorei ser servido por Carol (amigável e útil) adorei o café da manhã, almoço e jantar !! Gostei muito do safári com Jackson, ele é muito informativo e fez tudo valer a pena. No geral, um grande 10 sobre 10 a este lugar será definitivamente de volta para outra visita mais longa. Continue com o bom trabalho!!

Hermosas habitaciones, impresionantes vistas (me encantó ver pasar el globo aerostático temprano en la mañana) y el interior es absolutamente hermoso, me encantan los colores y el ambiente. La comida es deliciosa, me encantó ser servida por Carol (amable y servicial) me encantó el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. Realmente disfruté de la unidad de juego con Jackson, es muy informativo e hizo que todo valiera la pena. Firstly this establishment is value for money, friendly staff and easy checking in and out process. Beautiful rooms, stunning views (loved seeing the hot air balloon going by in the early morning) and the interior is absolutely beautiful, love the colours and ambiance. The food is delectably delicious - loved being served by Carol (friendly and helpful) loved Breakfast, lunch and dinner!! Really enjoyed the game drive with Jackson, he is so informative and made it all worth while. Overall a big 10 over 10 to this place will definitely be back for another longer visit. Keep up the good service!!

The food was really good. Breakfast? Surprisingly divine because the restaurant itself was pretty cold, with too much unused space making it all the more colder and somewhat industrial. You'll find more warmth and life in the bar area. I loved the L shape of the pool table where I lost to my person. The rooms are clean! But there are certain pitfalls like the noise issue. Someone had been watching something till late and I could hear it all especially since I'm a light sleeper. This means were I to have quite the conversation then I'd surely be audible to others, moreso if I'm outside. Lastly, the toilets need to be updated, we can't be in 2021 with shower/bath that has a damn shower curtain. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay

The road leading up to the place needs some work because it is very uncomfortable driving on it.
The staff are super helpful and friendly, great service; the rooms are well maintained and very pleasant to rest.
The scenery is refreshing and breathtaking, same applies for the game drive.
The food prepared by Chef Peter Fragoso is absolutely FANTASTIC, I enjoyed every meal he made - his presentation skills are on point.
Definitely going back there again.

Beautiful views from our bedroom and the food was really delicious 😋. Impeccable service from the staff! Clean,fresh white bedding. Upgrades in the bathrooms are necessary. Menu also needs to have a wider variety. Bar fridge in the bedrooms needs to be added as well. Overall it was peaceful and tranquil.

Estadia encantadora, a equipe foi tão simpática e a comida era incrível em sua maior parte. A única desvantagem era o chuveiro na situação da banheira, não esperava isso e nenhuma opção de comer sua própria comida. Todo o resto de lado. Voltaria novamente. Ótima fuga.

Lovely stay, staff was so friendly and the food was amazing for the most part. Only downside was the shower in the bathtub situation, wasn't expecting that and no option to eat your own food. All else aside. Would go back again. Great escape.
