Can't fault this place one bit, I stayed with my girlfriend during August and this place was exactly what we needed. Clean room with a nice bathroom, comfortable, and with helpful staff. Federico even recommended a cafe at the end of our stay that was our favourite breakfast in Rome. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at the Xenia Guest House and had an excellent experience. The location is great, as we were able to walk to main attractions and were close to many great restaurants. Federico and his wife were extremely helpful and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at the Xenia and hope to be back soon!

Very nice place, we have been there for 5 nights in Mai 2018. Very friendly service, nice breakfast, good beds, silent for Rome (we had the room in the direction of the atrium, not the steet). It is quite new and modern.
Only cleaning could have been better.

Absolutley amazing! A nice, comfortable and spotless clean room. Xenia Guest House is situated in the heart of the city. Walking distances for all the main attraction of Rome. Highly recommended!
