A equipe é realmente muito simpática. Estação de bonde próxima. Fornecer plugues e máscara para passar noites mais confortáveis. Esta é a razão pela qual coloquei 4 e não 5 estrelas.

Un hotel nuevo en una excelente ubicación con una vista espléndida y una terraza en la azotea donde podrá disfrutar de su estadía. Se puede llegar a pie a los principales lugares turísticos. Nós reservamos pelo preço total e no final ficamos em um quarto no subsolo menos um sem janela ou luz do dia com vista para o bonde, podemos ouvi-lo passando tarde da noite e os restaurantes que estão na calçada acima do nosso quarto podemos ouvir todo o barulho deles Está muito quente na sala O café da manhã é um pouco correto, mas as bebidas quentes são ruins sem leite quente e o resto é em pó e a limpeza é feita exceto o chão que fica sujo e com muita poeira debaixo das camas

Ótimo hotel a um preço acessível. Os quartos não são grandes, mas limpos com uma boa reforma e design. Excelentes vistas da cidade a partir do terraço do hotel. Localização conveniente perto da parada de bonde e dos pontos turísticos mais famosos da Hagia Sophia e da Mesquita Azul.

Reservamos a precio completo y al final nos quedamos en una habitación en el piso del sótano menos una sin ventana o luz del día que da al tranvía, podemos escucharlo pasar tarde en la noche y los restaurantes que están en la acera sobre nuestra habitación podemos escuchar todo su ruido Hace mucho calor en la habitación El desayuno es un poco correcto pero las bebidas calientes son malas sin leche caliente y el resto es en polvo y la limpieza se hace excepto el piso que queda sucio y mucho polvo debajo de las camas

Gran hotel a un precio asequible. Las habitaciones no son grandes, pero están limpias y bien cuidadas y diseñadas. Excelentes vistas a la ciudad desde la terraza del hotel. Ubicación conveniente cerca de la parada de tranvía y los lugares más famosos de Santa Sofía y la Mezquita Azul.

O quarto é pequeno, mas específico. O tamanho da sala não foi um problema, nós só passamos a noite nele de qualquer maneira. O WiFi não terminou no quarto, estava na esquina do corredor. Eu tive que sentar na porta. O bonde T1 passa bem embaixo das janelas. Por um lado, é conveniente, saiu e dirigiu, por outro lado, barulhento. Terraço na cobertura com vistas de 360 °.

The location of the hotel is right next to the Sultanahmet tram station.(very convenient.) The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Kerem who was kind enough to explain to us the areas(using a map)that we can visit in Istanbul. The check in process was easy and fast. The executive family room in the basement was pretty spacious. Breakfast was basic but they had coffee, tea, cake and juices available at the reception area whenever you wanted.

Great praise to the hotel and its staff! We arrived as a large group and were warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly staff. They were at our disposal for any questions.
About the location: It is perfect, directly at the train station and only a few meters walk from the great mosques, such as the Hagia Sophia.
An absolute highlight, in addition to all the other extras such as breakfast, was the absolutely breathtaking roof terrace of the hotel with beautiful views.

Fiquei neste hotel por 10 noites.Hotel perfeito, excelente localização com acesso à estação de bonde Sultanahmet. O hotel era extremamente limpo e bem conservado. A arrumação da casa é feita religiosamente diariamente com troca garantida das toalhas usadas. Os funcionários da limpeza são tão confiáveis que não tocam em nenhum de seus pertences. Deixei dinheiro na cômoda várias vezes e o encontrei intacto.A equipe é muito simpática, acolhedora e solidária em todos os momentos.Percebi que a equipe se concentrava no conforto e na satisfação do hóspede antes do dinheiro, quando reclamei sobre o tamanho do quarto econômico que havia inicialmente alocado. Eu consegui uma mudança de quarto para um quarto muito melhor 2 dias depois, quando o tráfego de hóspedes estava menor, sem nenhum custo extra.Eu ficaria neste hotel, devo visitar Istambul novamente.

Me alojé en este hotel por 10 noches.Hotel perfecto, excelente ubicación con acceso a la estación de tranvía de Sultanahmet. El hotel estaba extremadamente limpio y bien cuidado. El mantenimiento de la casa se hace religiosamente todos los días con un cambio garantizado de toallas usadas. El personal de limpieza es tan confiable que no tocará ninguna de sus pertenencias. Dejé dinero en la cómoda varias veces y lo encontré intacto.El personal es muy amable, acogedor y solidario en todo momento.Me di cuenta de que el personal se centra en la comodidad y satisfacción de los huéspedes antes que en el dinero cuando me quejé del tamaño de la habitación económica que me asignaron inicialmente. Conseguí un cambio de habitación a una habitación mucho mejor 2 días después cuando el tráfico de huéspedes era menor, sin costo adicional.Me alojaría en este hotel si volviera a visitar Estambul.

Perfect Hotel, Excellent location with access to the Sultanahmet tram station.
The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. House keeping is religiously done daily with a guaranteed change of used towels. The house keeping staff are so trustworthy that they wont touch any of your belongings. I left money on the dresser several times and found it intact.
The staff are so friendly, welcoming and supportive at all times.
I noticed that the staff focus on guest comfort and satisfaction first before money when I complained about the size of the economy room I was initially allocated. I got a change of room to a much better room 2 days later when the guest traffic was lower, at no extra cost.
I would stay at this hotel should I visit Istanbul again.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, it was an amazing stay nothing went wrong and it was so comfortable the room i took was big, and very clean I personally enjoyed the roof top I was there every night and morning the view is amazing , the hotel is in front of transportation so easy and to move and go places. plus the area full with restaurants and shops in the middle of every thing we wanted as tourist. big thanks for Surya ( he works there) my friend he made our stay as luxurious as he could. all the people work there very nice and helpful, they give you this big smile welcome every time and offer tea or coffee and help with any thing. Honestly i’ll go there every time i go to visit Turkey.

O café da manhã é muito bom e você terá muitas opções para escolher.Se quiser tirar fotos bonitas, pode tirá-las do terraço que está muito bem decorado e você vai ter as melhores vistas das mesquitas.E por último, mas não menos importante, a localização é a melhor. ¡Me encantó quedarme en este hotel! El personal es muy amable y comprensivo todo el tiempo, me hicieron sentir como en casa. El desayuno es muy bueno y tendrás muchas opciones para elegir.Si quieres hacer fotos bonitas, puedes sacarlas desde la terraza que está muy bien decorada y vas a tener las mejores vistas de las mezquitas.Y por último, pero no menos importante, la ubicación es la mejor. Literalmente, tienes todo cerca excepto el aeropuerto.Definitivamente me quedaré aquí la próxima vez. :)

World Heritage Center Hotel made of our stay in Istanbul an unforgettable experience. The staff is amazing, they're all very helpful and kind. I had just undergone surgery and they were all very attentive to me all the time, always trying to make me feel comfortable. The bedroom was very clean, the bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of breads, cheeses, creams, yogurts, olives, drinks, cakes. The kitchen personnel is also very kind and attentive. The terrace was the reason I decided to book this hotel, and I couldn't be more assertive, because it really caused an impact in our stay, the view from there of the most famous touristic places and the beautiful daily call for prayer made of this trip a unique experience and a dream vacation. I can not forget to mention the extra kind sweet man who does the maintenance to the elevators was amazing, he's one of a kind. He set up a very beautiful Turkish-style corner for us to take pictures, and he even used his phone to play Turkish music for us while we were at the terrace. I was with my mom and sister and they were always very kind to us. The front desk personnel was very helpful, they called taxi for us when we needed to, and also called a nurse to carry out the PCR test in the hotel for us. We used their laundry service and as a few pieces of clothes were stained, they took them again and left them looking brand new and gave us the money back. I highly recommend staying here, they're very honest, respectful, helpful, they truly care about their customers and providing you with the best service and making of your stay the best experience. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Istanbul.

I loved to stay in this hotel! The staff is very friendly and supportive all the time, they made me feel like home. The breakfast is really good and you will have a lot of options to choose from.
If you want to take nice pictures, you can take them from the terrace that it's really nice decorated and you are going to have the best views of the mosques.
And last but not least, the location is the best. Literally, you have everything close except the airport.
I will definitely stay here the next time. :)
