I went there to celebrate a friend's birthday, and we had a fabulous time! Maribel or Marisol who works at the front desk is so incredibly friendly, comfortably bilingual! The manager who runs the front desk allowed me to make an international phone call when my card was suddenly blocked, even though I had been there for days and used my card where we went. Anyelo at the Spa worked miracles. He got us champagne during my friend's birthday and gave us a full tour of the spa. The spa was the breakout star of the trip. We loved the resort, fun vibrant atmosphere, but sometimes crowded in the pool/beach areas, so the spa was the perfect calming get away. You can spend two days there for the price of one treatment. I got a full body massage which was divine. And the fresh juices/smoothies, and amazing healthy assortment of snacks and treats really made this place worth it. I've never been so truly relaxed on vacation. A perfect paradise! The restaurants fill up very quickly, so we almost always had to make reservations or get there early if we wanted to eat a certain hour. The service we received at the Portfino restaurant was noteworthy. The kept bringing us bottles of wine to celebrate, two appetizers, entrees, and fabulous desert. They sang to my friends with a full bands and dancing included. This was the perfect trip. Wonderful friendly, safe atmosphere. The staff is so friendly, bring extra to tip!

Me & my girlfriend had a great time at this resort! Everything was very well organized & was disposed to helping us out at any time. The restaurants where great & have the complex has a great variety. Mini cooper by the pool next to our stay ( palace) was very energetic every day & tried to find ways for not only us but for every one to stay active & make sure we where having a great time!

This was an amazing resort. We stayed in the Palace! We've enjoyed every single aspect of the vacation. The food was great, the treatment from everyone we encountered was also great. The POP Team was amazing, mini cooper was hilarious! We attended the shows at the theater, they were enjoyable. My partner and I highly recommend.

Decent place I would definitely go there again if I could afford luckily it was a family trip. Although it would useful for you guys, gals, and anyone who feels excluded to know that you can go to the other main lobbies and use their pool. The distance is definitely worth it though. Be careful with some of the workers don't let them make you feel guilty your on vacation and hey it's all included.

Enjoyed my stay at the resort, it’s very family friendly and there are amazing activities for the family. The hotel ground is huge with different activities daily. My kids had a lot of fun as there were varied activities to do and choose from. The restaurants are also very varied with lots of choices to choose from. The only downside for me would be, on speaking to the staffs, it was obvious the working hours were a bit extensive where they were made to work for 11 days straight with only 3 days to go home to visit their families. Staffs with kids would only get to see their kids for 6 days in a month ad they had to stay 11 days overnight in the resort.
Grace one of the entertainment staffs made our stay amazing. She’s lovely with kids and my kids loved her.
