Great position in the downtown and tourist area with there being no noise outside. Only a few minutes walk from the harbour and the stunning views of the mountains. Staff at the reception were kind and brilliant in finding my dad's coat he lost on a shuttle bus. Finally, the rooms were warm and comfortable with a great bathroom.

Amazing accommodation with comfortable bed, seating area and kitchenette with smart open plan storage. The staff are very friendly. Please note parking is only on-street parking NOT private parking.

I loved this place! I stayed in the studio for 1 night. The studio was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. There was a good variety of tea and french press for coffee. It's in a great location within Reykjavik city's centre.

Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it. We stayed for 2 days in an economy studio and it was perfect. Very clean. Kitchenette was well equipped. Shower was great. It was quiet so you'll get a good night's sleep. The location is excellent and within walking distance and the main bus station, water front, restaurants and bars, etc. And to top it all off, the service was excellent. The young lady at reception when we arrived was so helpful and sorted out our tours and our airport shuttle.

Suite on floor 4 was clean, bright, and large — 3 separate rooms plus a rooftop balcony. Great value and walking distance to most places in Rekjavík. Caveat: road work is a nightmare. As of 6 August 2013 the hotel can only really be reached by taking Skúlagata to Vatnstíggur. Parking is about 5 slots at the back of the building, northwest if the pin on Google maps.
