Serviço nefasto, não há ar condicionado e eles anunciam para você como se tivessem, a tela da TV não funciona, a piscina não está funcionando e o pior é que você não pode sair depois das 12 da noite porque não há funcionários para abra a porta para sua porta e se você sair e quiser voltar de madrugada você tem que esperar até as 8 da manhã por que não há ninguém para abrir a porta para você, os quartos cheiram horrível a cachorro, em geral é um serviço terrível não fique neste pseudo hotel

Excelente local para ser desperdiçado, falta muita manutenção, a cortina do quarto com muita poeira, o banheiro cheio de tártaro, os colchões muito desconfortáveis, a piscina suja e havia um homem baixinho com shorts de lycra incomodando demais isso ele queria nos vender um livro naturista para nós e minha irmã, é triste que eles tenham esse tipo de equipe, não vou voltar 👎

Liguei para verificar se a piscina estava funcionando me disseram que sim e no dia seguinte que chegamos a piscina estava fora de serviço achei muito ruim por parte do hotel dar informação de que não está, minha filha não tinha um bom tempo a ideia era aproveitar a piscina, se tivessem nos falado que não funcionava, com certeza iríamos para outro hotel.

Servicio nefasto, no hay aire acondicionado y te lo anuncian como si tuvieran, no sirve la pantalla de TV, la piscina no está en funcionamiento y lo peor no puedes salir después de las 12 de la noche por qué no hay personal que te abra la puerta y si sales y quieres regresar por la madrugada te tienes que esperar hasta las 8 am por qué no hay quien te abra la puerta, las habitaciones huelen horrible a perro, en general es un pésimo servicio no se hospeden en este seudo hotel

Excelente lugar para ser desperdiciado le falta mucho mantenimiento, la cortina de la habitación con muchísimo polvo, el baño lleno de sarro, los colchones muy incómodos, la alberca sucia y había un señor chaparro con short de licra demasiado atosigante que a fuerzas nos quería vender a mi y a mi hermana un libro naturista, que triste que tengan ese tipo de personal, No vuelvo 👎

Llame para validar si la alberca estaba funcionando me dijeron que si y al dia siguiente que llegamos la alberca estaba fuera de servicio me pareció muy mal de parte del hotel dar información que no es, mi hija no la paso bien la idea era disfrutar de la alberca, si nos hubieran dicho que no funcionaba definitivamente íbamos a otro hotel.
