Upon checking in at 4:15 the room was not ready. We selected connecting rooms and she wanted to move us to unconnected rooms. The room that was not ready wasn’t cleaned properly. Trash was still in the waste bin. Sheets had hair and stains. At night the fire alarm had a bright green light shine and the air conditioner unit made a clicking noise 6-9 clicks every 10-15 minutes that made it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Overall the entire hotel was untidy and didn’t appear to be quality.

It's a brand new place
Very clean and modern
They have squeeze soap in the bathroom and shower which smelled fresh and worked well
Soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner.
The breakfast buffet was Awesome
Pancakes, Mexican omelettes, bagles,cereal, fruit, drinks and More!
Beds were comfy sheets and pillows soft. I would stay there again for sure!
I will tell you there is no closet just a bar to hang your clothes and no dresser drawers to put stuff in. But for my quick weekend away.. that was no issue for me.

This is a new location and they are working out kinks, both in the building and in staffing. I stayed here last night for a quick overnight in preparation for a round of meetings the next day. I arrived around 9 pm tired from travel to a beautiful new building (only 3 weeks old.) The staff that night was exceptional. The first room the TV didnt work so they moved me across the hall. Then the fire alarm strobe went off in the second room and they were unable to reset the alarm. So moved to a 3rd room and was finally able to relax after an hour of musical rooms. The staff that even was very apologetic and professional (Amani) and said they would comp my stay for the inconvenience. The next morning I checked with the manager on duty and asked if the points had been placed on my account. She said she would get to it shortly but that she would be giving me 5000 points. I responded saying 5000 points is nowhere worth the value of the room and if you can't give me the equivalent of one night stay please just refund the cost to my credit card. I get a call at the end of the day saying they had given me 15000 points. I checked the website and that king room never cost less than 30000 points. Not happy at all with what they considered fair value. Hilton you can do better.

Miss Kay was the best! The whole staff is very proud of this new hotel, but Miss Kay made our breakfast extra special. The hotel had been open a week in a beautiful area that's getting redeveloped from an old military base into a fun new community full of arts and activities. Will definitely stay again when in town visiting family. Honestly made a trip to Indianapolis worth it!

This hotels are comfortable and have a corporate fresh feel. modeled for a younger vibe hotel client they are easy to flop into as a open floor lobby. They feel a lot more like a rec room then they do a hotel.
They have made small spaces for people to do work in, wide enough spaces for kids to spread out and stay busy while their parents do the business of checking in and checking out.
And the hotel itself focused on only the minimum things that you have to have. A gym, refillable water, breakfast, Internet, and A front desk person you can see. by closing in on fewer things, they could make those fewer things really perform.
Each of these new hotels in the true name look a lot alike, except they have a Miral that specific to that location.
The rooms are very dorm like, and built for efficiency and for people who are traveling a few nights. This is not an extended stay layout.
The only microwave you’re going to find in that hotel is in the main lobby, there are no microwaves in the rooms. But there is a tiny fridge.
And my feedback on that is that microwaves are outdated, everybody is doing DoorDash and in this location there’s a pizza place across the street.
From a hotel management perspective If you’re going to be eating, they want you to eat in the main lobby areas.
Staff is friendly, the space is brand new so you only have issues about it being a brand new space, the paint still smells fresh. Everything else is spot clean because they just finished building it.
