Our stay at the Waves was very relaxing(bonus points for the private pools/tubs). The hotel is beautiful/ well cleaned and the staff was super helpful and nice ! We had a bus to catch at 4PM and they allowed us to check-in late for free which was great! The only downside would be the location, which is far from the center/the beach, whoever it’s very close to a main street with everything essential (shops, restaurants, pharmacies, a bank etc)

Uma das minhas estadias favoritas no México até agora. O serviço e a comunicação com a equipe foi incrível. A comunicação após o check-in é toda via WhatsApp, portanto, se você não tiver o aplicativo, recomendo baixá-lo. No check-in, eles enviam os menus e qualquer outra informação que você possa precisar. Imediatamente eles conectam você ao wifi. No check-in o quarto era bom e fresco com o AC ligado. As piscinas eram ótimas! A equipe da recepção falava inglês perfeito. Eles também tinham itens para vender, como protetor solar, babosa e desinfetante para as mãos, o que foi muito útil. Eu definitivamente voltaria! Obrigada!

One of my favorite stays in Mexico so far. The service and communication with staff was amazing. The communication once checked in is all via WhatsApp so if you don’t have the app, I recommend downloading it. Upon check in they send you the menus, and any other Info you might need. Right away they connect you to wifi. Upon check in the room was nice and cool with the AC on. The pools were great! Reception staff spoke perfect english. They also had items for sell such as sunscreen, aloe, and hand sanitizer which was really helpful.I would definitely come back! Thank you!

Lindo hotel. O serviço da equipe aqui é excelente. Eles possuem um sistema de mensagens pelo WhatsApp e estão muito atentos a cada solicitação. A comida no hotel também é ótima e a um preço acessível. A construção não nos incomodou em nada. Suas comodidades são muito sofisticadas e são dispostas longe o suficiente um do outro para ficar longe de outras pessoas hospedadas no hotel. Você pode solicitar táxis na recepção e eles estão sempre no horário. Fica perto de muitas pequenas lojas e restaurantes, se você estiver disposto a caminhar de 10 a 15 minutos, definitivamente vale a pena. Voltaríamos 100%. O que realmente mostrou como eles são orientados para o cliente é sua resposta a um problema que tivemos no quarto que nos foi atribuído inicialmente. Houve um vazamento vindo da parede AC e no chão e ao chamá-los para verificar, eles nos mudaram para um quarto diferente com um upgrade sem perguntas.

Beautiful hotel. The service of the staff here is outstanding. They have a message system through WhatsApp and are very attentive to every request. The food in the hotel is great too and at an affordable rate. The construction did not bother us at all. Their amenities are very upscale and are laid out far enough from each other to get away from other people staying at the hotel. You can request taxis through the front desk and they’re always on time. It is close to a lot of small stores and restaurants if you’re willing to walk 10-15 minutes, definitely worth it. We would 100% come back. What really showed how customer orientated they are is their response to a problem we had in the room we were initially assigned. There was a leak coming from the wall AC and onto the floor & upon calling them to check it out, they switched us to a different room with an upgrade no questions asked.

hospedado aqui para 8 dias durante minha primeira vez em Tulum e foi ótimo! O hotel é basicamente novo e, embora haja construção ativa (e um pouco mais de poeira do que o normal), isso não prejudicou a minha estadia nem um pouco. Toda a equipe foi incrível, especialmente Dan e Omar, e nos sentimos em casa. Reservei on-line e recebi um upgrade surpresa para um quarto com piscina privativa na cobertura! Meu quarto era limpo todos os dias, o café da manhã estava incluído e havia ioga grátis 5 dias por semana pela manhã! Fica a 10-15 minutos a pé da Strip do centro e a 15 minutos de carro da praia. Como o hotel não estava pronto, as comodidades não estavam tão ocupadas e praticamente tivemos uma das duas piscinas do hotel para nós durante toda a estadia. Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente se voltasse a Tulum e esperasse que a propriedade fosse linda quando a construção terminar!

Stayed here for 8 days during my first time in Tulum and it was terrific! The hotel is basically brand new and while there is construction actively going on (and a little more dust than normal) it did not detract from my stay in the slightest. The whole staff was amazing, especially Dan and Omar, and we felt right at home. I booked online and was given a surprise upgrade to a room with a private rooftop pool! My room was cleaned every day, breakfast was included and there was free yoga 5 days a week in the mornings! It is a 10-15 min walk to the downtown strip and a 15 min drive to the beach. Because the hotel wasn't finished the amenities weren't as busy and we practically had one of the two hotel pools to ourselves the entire stay. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Tulum and expect the property to be beautiful once construction is finished!

RESERVE ESTE LUGAR O MAIS RÁPIDO POSSÍVEL se você tiver a chance. Este resort foi incrível. Suas instalações são basicamente novas e têm tudo o que você precisa para relaxar e aproveitar sua estadia em Tulum. Temos um upgrade gratuito para um Quarto Deluxe e foi literalmente o maior quarto que eu já vi! Nós até tivemos um jacuzzi privado… Confie em mim quando digo que você não vai se arrepender. Preço também foi extremamente razoável para o que você recebe. Os funcionários são super simpáticos e prestativos.O único contra seria que o resort ainda está em construção, mas isso pode realmente ser uma coisa boa, pois a capacidade é limitada e, portanto, há menos hóspedes compartilhando as instalações, quase parece que você tem todo o lugar para você. Também fica a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da cidade, o que não é ruim para mim, mas pode parecer longe para alguns.

BOOK THIS PLACE ASAP if you get the chance. This resort was amazing. Their facilities are basically brand new and they have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in Tulum. We got a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room and it was literally the biggest room I have ever seen! We even had a private jacuzzi… Trust me when I say you will not regret this. Price was also extremely reasonable for what you get. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Only con would be that the resort is still under construction but that might actually be a good thing since the capacity is limited and hence there are fewer guests sharing the facilities, it almost feels like you have the whole place to yourself. It is also about a 15 min walk from the town which is not bad at all for me but might feel far for some.

Não percebemos quanta construção estava acontecendo aqui, MAS nos divertimos muito. É um hotel muito relaxante. Dan foi o MELHOR concierge de todos os tempos. Ele trouxe uma folha inteira de aloe quando achávamos que seria um padrão pós-sol. Acima e além. Super amigável e muitas comodidades. Alguns comentários de não ter quartos limpos etc. Acho que precisam comunicar respeitosamente suas necessidades mais à equipe. Ficamos aqui por algumas noites após hospedagem na praia e foi uma boa localização para entrar na cidade. Alugue bicicletas e entregue-as no hotel para facilitar o transporte. Altamente recomendado para estadia de baixo custo, mas mais vibração de resort.

We didn’t realize how much construction was happening here BUT we had a great time. It’s a very relaxing hotel. Dan was the BEST conciërge ever. He brought a whole aloe leaf when we only thought it would be a standard after sun gel. Above and beyond. Super friendly and a lot of amenities. Some reviews of not having rooms cleaned etc. I think need to respectfully communicate their needs more to the staff. We stayed here for a few nights after lodging on the beach and it was a good location to get into town. Rent bikes and have them delivered to the hotel for easy transportation. Highly recommend for low cost stay but more resort vibe.

Habitaciones lindas con todo lo que uno necesita, personal muy amable y atento, instalaciones bien hechas con servicios que no tienen otros hoteles. Lo único que me pareció mal que comiencen los trabajos de construcción a las 8 am para los que tenemos sueño liviano es imposible dormir más, es mucho el ruido y son vacaciones.

Excelente servicio! Nos alojamos un grupo de amigos en enero 2022 y quedamos muy contentos. El hotel es nuevo, el personal tiene muy buen servicio al cliente, te facilitan el transporte, el menú es variado y la comida deliciosa. Puedes tener room service si lo deseas. Las instalaciones muy buenas, sobre todo los estudios deluxe con jacuzzi privado en último piso. Felicitaciones por hacer sentir a sus huéspedes como en casa.
