The hospitality at this resort was truly amazing! Marianna and Zoe helped us so much with figuring out some activities and timing during our stay as well as accommodating a birthday surprise for one member of our group. Both of them were very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Naveen served us lunch and very good drinks on our first day at the resort. We watched him as he made some of the drinks, and he was so caring about the presentation of each drink he served and was so happy to serve. Naveen also gave us a good recommendation for a sunset cruise and helped us with downloading/saving the safety key we needed for some events on the island. We met Chef Mario and he discussed some of the foods with us. It meant so much that he took time away from the kitchen to speak with us and to also accommodate some of our birthday wishes. Liz, Gwen, and Hazim served us lunches and dinner and also gave us recommendations for food and excursions. We had great conversations with each and they were each so attentive. There was another gentleman from Sri Lank, I believe, that was also very attentive to our table at breakfast. The team was truly, truly the definition of hospitality. Their care and attention made our stay one of the best stays I’ve ever had.The property itself is beautiful. The location is a bit away from Hamilton, but I think the location made it a very relaxing destination. The beach on the property is beautiful and it didn’t have a packed feel. We had plenty of space and drink service was there to keep us hydrated.Overall, we loved our stay here. The employees were constantly looking for ways to serve, and I very much appreciate their attention while we were there.

No malgastes tu dinero en este hotel. No se ajusta al estándar de St Regis de ninguna manera. Reservamos una habitación con vista al mar y nos dieron una habitación con estacionamiento y vista al contenedor. El hotel dijo que hay una "falla" en su sistema y que nos cambiarían a una habitación frente al mar tan pronto como hubiera una disponible. Do not waste your money at this hotel. It is not to the St Regis standard by any means. We booked an ocean view room and got a room with a parking lot and dumpster view. The hotel said there is a “glitch” in their system and they would switch us to an ocean front room as soon as one was available. Well we never got switched and Marriott still hasn’t solved the problem even though our email receipt shows we booked an ocean view room. There is a bait and switch scam going on at this hotel. Unless you want to come on vacation to look at a parking lot I would suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Belo hotel, piscina e praia. Um pouco mais longe do centro da cidade, mas vale a pena. Funcionários simpáticos, muito prestativos, serviço excelente e excelente ambiente. Eu e meu marido ficamos por 5 noites, mas nos sentimos como se estivéssemos lá um mês inteiro tão relaxante e calmo. Você não vai se arrepender de ficar no resort.

Hermoso hotel, piscina y playa. Un poco más lejos del centro pero todo merece la pena. Personal amable, muy servicial, excelente servicio y gran ambiente. Mi marido y yo nos alojamos por 5 noches, pero nos sentimos como si estuviéramos allí todo el mes tan relajante y tranquilo. No te arrepentirás de quedarte en el resort.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! So disappointed. It’s a glorified holiday inn. Terrible. Room was dirty. They don’t provide daily cleaning. Beach and pool had no towels (they “ran out”). Everything was a complete disappointment. Do not waste your money here. Was a joke of a hotel.

Beautiful hotel, pool and beach. A little further from downtown but all worth it. Friendly staff, very helpful, excellent service and great atmosphere. Me and my husband stayed for 5 night but we felt like we were there whole month so relaxing and calm. You won’t regret staying at the resort.
