Generally very well designed and appointed hotel, the location and construction of the property appears to be really well thought-out. All the staff are incredibly nice and courteous to all guests, and the restaurants on the property are themselves top-notch. Mini events around the property including live music featuring extremely talented musicians make the overall experience that much better. Our stay was very memorable and we'd love to return someday!

If you fancy large hotels, this is probably a good spot. Private beach, where you can go to by hotel 'train '. Great diving spot close to beach. Multiple swimming pools. Special architecture. Spacious rooms. Be careful some of these rooms have a view of the parking lot. Small hotel lobby, which could cause queues when you arrive with large groups. Food is ok.

I give this hotel 5 stars mostly for the staff. All of the staff is very willing to help, attentive with clients and extremely pro active. We were there organizing a big conference recently and the support of the hotel staff and their professionalism made a big difference and made our work much easier. The complex is big, it has several restaurants a private beach and a lot of different choices for accommodation. I was accommodated in one of the "cheaper" rooms and it was still huge with a big terrace. We had all our meals at the hotel and everything was very tasty, some of the best food I ever had at a hotel. There were two elements which I didn't appreciate but didn't affect my stay too much. The bathtub in the room I was in was not draining properly and it took a very long time for the bathtub to empty and the bathrobes in my room had some kind of dirt on them... Anyway... Would definetly recommend this location, especially for the staff and food. Top level indeed!

Self contained Oasis, beautifully designed & decorated in number of amalgamated styles from Arabic, African (Moorish), Japanese to Inca..interlaced with fresh water pools and canals full of huge coy carp..it really works. There are a number of great restaraunts including a 2 Michelin star and one next to their own private beach.. we had a great time!!
