El hotel parecía estar cerrando.Contrariamente a la reserva, no hay almuerzo en el lugar, la terraza de la azotea está cerrada o, más bien, parece estar abandonada.Reservado por 3 noches, pero se fue después de solo una noche. Al formular algunas quejas al principio, el asistente simplemente mencionó con una gran sonrisa "No habla inglés"... el mismo que se había registrado el día anterior... O hotel está abandonado. Os quartos são velhos e muito sujos. Cheirava a comida podre no saguão. A equipe estava ausente ou dormindo. A varanda e o terraço estavam sujos de sujeira de pombo. Já me hospedei no meu hotel favorito várias vezes antes, mas desta vez fiquei surpreso com a terrível mudança.Lixo sujo e não limpo deixado nas escadas por mais de uma semana.Nenhuma bebida de boas-vindas mencionada no agoda.Não há funcionários que falam inglês, então não podemos nos comunicar, mesmo que algo aconteça.Os funcionários que não falam inglês estão sempre deitados no sofá e mexendo em seus smartphones.A camareira não lava xícaras de café, não troca lençóis, deixa cinzeiros, não repõe papel higiênico até que eu indique. Havia apenas uma governanta e nenhum quarto foi limpo em seu dia de folga e nenhum anúncio foi feito sobre isso. Havia dias em que a camareira não vinha limpar o quarto.Antigamente, você podia escolher e pedir seu café da manhã no terraço, mas agora você só pode pedir torradas, ovos fritos e bacon no restaurante do primeiro andar. Se você não disser manteiga, não vai sair. Bebe apenas chá, sem café. Um dia nem me deram chá e colocaram uma garrafa de água. E, acima de tudo, todas as mesas estavam imundas com restos de comida.Ficar foi apenas estressante. A única coisa boa era a vista da varanda. Quero que o bom hotel de antes volte.

Me he alojado en mi hotel favorito varias veces antes, pero esta vez me sorprendió el terrible cambio.Basura sucia y sin limpiar en las escaleras durante más de una semana.No se menciona bebida de bienvenida en agoda.No hay personal que hable inglés estacionado, por lo que no podemos comunicarnos entre nosotros incluso si sucede algo.El personal que no habla inglés siempre está acostado en el sofá y jugueteando con sus teléfonos inteligentes.El servicio de limpieza no lava las tazas de café, no cambia las sábanas, deja los ceniceros, no repone el papel higiénico hasta que se lo indique. Solo había un ama de llaves y no se limpió ninguna habitación en su día libre y no se hizo ningún anuncio al respecto. Hubo días en que el servicio de limpieza no vino a limpiar la habitación.En el pasado, podía elegir y pedir su desayuno en la azotea, pero ahora solo puede pedir tostadas, huevos fritos y tocino en el restaurante del primer piso. Si no dices mantequilla, no saldrá. Bebe solo té, no café. Un día ni siquiera me dieron té y le pusieron una botella de agua. Y sobre todo, todas las mesas estaban sucias con restos de comida.Quedarse fue simplemente estresante. Lo único bueno fue la vista desde el balcón. Quiero que vuelva el buen hotel como antes.

Absolutely filthy place. It was staffed by two scruffy guys sleeping on sofas in a foyer/cafe that didn't look it had been open in ages and stacked with all kinds of rubbish. There was so much dirt on the floor there were tyre tracks in from the door to the desk. Appallingly dirty

Not very good experience so far. Standard rooms are very musty. I was happy to pay extra $25 for a room with window and the smell was much better. However, the room was hardly clean, balcony door doesn't lock, and had to ask for pillows to be changed as they smelled of sweat. Hopefully some compensation might be offered, but at this point, I will not recommend. Perhaps when tourists pick up, they will be able to maintain the place better. This hotel has perhaps been abandoned. Rooms are smelly. Dusk almost everywhere - looking like nobody has ever cleaned it! Even plants inside the lobby are dying. Included breakfast is only fried eggs. Staff? Not friendly. Unless it is renovated and service improved, you should not be staying here. The price and the room service and the room itself do not match. Este hotel talvez tenha sido abandonado. Os quartos são malcheirosos. Crepúsculo em quase todos os lugares - parecendo que ninguém nunca o limpou! Até as plantas dentro do saguão estão morrendo. O pequeno-almoço incluído é apenas ovos fritos. Funcionários? Não amigável. A menos que seja renovado e o serviço melhorado, você não deve ficar aqui. O preço e o serviço de quarto e o quarto em si não correspondem.

Reception unprofessional, small elevator, very nice suite room with Riverfront balcony and bathtub. Bed is comfortable. Ok breakfast, hotel just need more guests and a better cleaner. Noise and Dirty… Booked this with Agoda and was very unhappy with the room.. There was construction going on and could not hear myself think… Lobby was dirty room was dirty and being “cleaned”. Dirty hand print on the wall and the window… balcony dirt and pull tabs around… Floor was dirty in the desk area… I didn’t even look at the bathroom… If you can’t get the room clean 🥴. I normally do not book any room that Is non refundable… Out of practice I guess from Covid… TV very old and poor… so bad I just took the loss and went back to my apartment nicer there… Very disappointed in the Hotel and Agoda!!!
