I went there fo my birthday and i wouldnt recomed it to anyone , costomer service was poor reciptionis didnt seems like she know what she was doing , card machine wasnt working after a longtime we ask if we could enter the room until it started working which she did agree been everything not working , went to the room was the next drema , the smell was a turn off then trying to turn on the airconditioner it wasnt working so we went back to the front desk for asistant when she send a mentanance personel still not working so we went back to the front desk only to hear we only allow to use the fan 😳😳 why would we rent a hotel room to use a fan

Ótima localização com linda vista para o mar. Um dia, a água foi cortada em toda a Jamaica e o hotel tinha recipientes de água, mas eles estavam vazios. Excelente ubicación con hermosa vista al océano. Un dia se corto el agua en todo Jamaica y el hotel contaba con contenedores de agua pero estos estaban vacios. Demoraron un dia completo en gestionar llenarlos de agua. Tenian propaganda de su bar, pero no contaba con nada de lo ofrecido. Sin jugos para preparacion de tragos, sin langosta entre otros.

Com base na minha experiência neste gerenciamento de hotel é irritante como o inferno, eu não entendo por que eles sentiram a necessidade de continuar assediando os trabalhadores quando claramente eles estavam trabalhando, talvez seja apenas eu sendo um americano, mas eu nunca assisto a propriedade e os gerentes micro gerenciam a equipe tanto deixa o hóspede desconfortável. Também não há água quente ou remotamente perto de água morna no hotel, o wifi é lixo, apenas recebe serviço fora da piscina ou bar e porque não há wifi, também não há tv. Na maior parte, o serviço foi incrível, os trabalhadores foram muito atenciosos e doces, Andrew, o barman, muito agradável, envolvendo o hóspede, certificando-se de que tudo e todos estão bem. O chef JR foi ótimo, muito simpático e acolhedor, e Demar, o trabalhador mais duro do hotel, estava definitivamente no topo das coisas, sempre verificando o hóspede e trabalhando duro para garantir que as coisas estivessem em ordem no hotel, mesmo a equipe de atendimento era doce e tão bom Em toda a minha experiência foi bom por causa dos trabalhadores lá, não os proprietários ou a gerência do hotel e o atendente de massagem é insistente e com fome de dinheiro Eu não ficaria lá, mas não me importaria de ver os trabalhadores novamente

This property as so much potential to be amazing but it's desperately lacking service. At moment this hotel is just somewhere to sleep, just don't expect nothing else. Location is great, close to town and direct access to a small private beach. Free is not always great, really hated the breakfast they offered, I was willing to pay extra for a better option but they never not once made anything else. Yes they mentioned having access to a microwave but it was partial access, it was in the kitchen and you require a kitchen staff to help you which always seems to me they weren't to happy about it. Also there was time, all needed was hot water for some tea but due to inconsistent of service hours for the kitchen and the bar, we were left without any access to the microwave and food. We were forced to leave the hotel often in search of hot decent food. The only assistant I ever got and really appreciate d was from a staff, Demari..who was happily and egar to help, with simple request for example, helping to find an extra chair, tea cup or a straw or help to dry water off balcony after it had rain. He seems tomuli-task on this property. Finally, I would only stay here again if some changes were made in service are and room renovations, forgot to mention I had no hot water in the bathroom.

Base on my experience at this hotel management is annoying as hell I don’t understand why they felt the need to keep harassing there workers when clearly they were working maybe it just me being an American but I never watch ownership and managers micro manage there staff so much make the guest uncomfortable. Also there no hot water or remotely close to warm water at the hotel the wifi is garbage only get service outside by pool or bar and because there no wifi there no tv as well. For the most part the service was amazing the workers were very attentive and sweet Andrew the bartender very nice engaging the guest making sure everything and everyone is fine. The chef JR was great very nice and accommodating, and Demar the hotel all round hardest worker was definitely on top of things always checking on the guest and working his butt off making sure things were in order at the hotel even the serving staff was sweet and so nice Over all my experience was nice because of the workers there not the hotel owners or management and the massage attendant is pushy and money hungry I wouldn’t stay back there but I wouldn’t mind seeing the workers again

We booked 9 rooms, and when we came to check in with proof of confirmation we got sent back. The manager slipped out of the conversation and the receptionist started to check her phone. We believe they gave up our rooms. We were told it was a 4 star hotel. But that was a lie it is a 2 star hotel. Poor service all the way around. Would not recommend.

Eu realmente gostei da estadia e tive um bom tempo para a maioria. Os problemas vistos e encontrados são: chuveiro quebrado sem tapetes nem toalhas, portas rangendo, mesa de sinuca e quarto que precisa de alguns ajustes, a pequena praia agradável tem ovos do mar debaixo d'água, tive que ter muito cuidado ao pisar e café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Realmente disfruté la estadía y la pasé bien para la mayoría. Los problemas vistos y encontrados son: una ducha rota sin tapetes ni toallas, puertas que chirrían, una mesa de billar y una habitación que necesita algunos ajustes, la linda playa pequeña tiene huevos de mar bajo el agua, tuve que tener mucho cuidado al pisar, y desayuno podría ser mejor. I really enjoyed the stay and had good time for most. Problems seen and encountered are: a broken shower with no foot mats nor towels, squeaking doors, a pool table and room that needs some adjustments, the nice little beach has sea eggs under water, i had to be really careful when stepping, and breakfast could be better. From one to a three⭐️⭐️⭐️ updated review. They cleaned the pool, added to the bar contents and did karaoke tonight! They gave us beach towels for our beach excursion today which was very nice. Overall day 2 redeemed day one a bit! Our bed was broken and they were moving us to a different room but it wasn’t cleaned properly so we just stayed where we were. Please continue to improve because the establishment is beautiful.Original⭐️ (1) star review. This is one of the weirdest experiences I’ve ever had at a place that I expected so much better from. Check in was a mess. The pictures online are DECEIVING. Parking is unsecured and unprotected. Please take EVERYTHING out your car as management specifically states if anything is taken out or stolen they are not Responsible. When it came time to view the property there was a small, very small, strip of breach and if there were more people then the six guests staying that I saw, it would be overwhelming. The front desk stated there were welcome drinks available. Fruit punch and rum punch. They were the worst unsweetened drinks that I’ve ever tasted but they were great and I hoped they at least had enough alcohol in them to dull the pain of the already bleak experience. We then asked for other drinks to be made and they didn’t have the resources to make anything that wasn’t a soda and alcohol. This is NOT a resort! It’sa motel. You’re paying for the views cause not even the pool was clean. They weren’t playing good music, played several Chris brown songs. I can say that the food was good but the bar had ants BAD. Like something was spilled and they never wiped it up. These ants were trying to climb on to our plates and eat our food. As my cousin mentioned we could’ve “Stay ah yard!!!” My advice find a new spot. Bar soap was cheap and the size was smaller than a US silver dollar. I had to beg for a washcloth as they are not provided and they weren’t sure if they had any to give. The room was clean but the shower had mold and that’s because there’s no ventilation in there. Once you close that door everything is locked in there. The front desk girl was nice. The staff were all nice. It must be under new management, and let’s just say they WERE not properly prepared for guest. Next door was JUMPING!! They seemed prepared. Wishing this establishment the best of luck.

This place is awesome.The location is central to Ocho Rios and easy to find/access. The staff were warm, intelligent, friendly and courteous. The breakfast was authentic and delicious. The pool was amazing, the ambiance was lovely and quiet. The beach experience was good. Entertainment 💜💜💜💜💥second to none. Karaoke night was great never wanted it to end. I definitely will be back!!!
