An excellent resort to stay and do nothing but relax and recharge. Every staff member from the cleaners up to management were polite, courteous and very professional. Great facilities and the Beach is just a hop and skip from the bar pool.

Minha esposa e eu somos de Vancouver, Canadá. Nossa visita durou uma semana. Teve um grande momento. Muitas piscinas, aceita crianças, buffet de café da manhã à vontade, excelente serviço e uma bela localização. O resort também é lindamente projetado e bastante grande; leva algum tempo para percorrer e admirar o local durante o dia e a noite. Brisa do mar, sorrisos de serviço amigável e quartos confortáveis. A única 'desvantagem' é que é um resort bastante grande, então pode haver um pouco de caminhada dependendo da localização do quarto. Isso não incomodou minha esposa e eu, mas estávamos mais preocupados com nossos pais idosos que vieram conosco, embora isso também possa trazer algum benefício.Houve algumas queixas encontradas em outros comentários com os quais concordo, como a falta de ferro, não pode tirar roupões de banho de nossos quartos, etc., mas eles eram pequenos o suficiente para não tirarem a experiência geral da família.

Wife and I are from Vancouver, Canada. Our visit was a week long. Had a great time. Many pools, children friendly, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, excellent service, and a beautiful location. The resort is also beautifully designed and quite large; takes some time to walk through and admire the place in day and night times. Ocean breeze, friendly service smiles, and comfortable rooms. The only 'downside' is that it is a fairly large resort, so there can be a bit of walking depending on room location. This did not bother my wife and I, but we were more concerned for our aging parents who came with us, though this can be of some benefit as well.
There were a few quibbles found in other reviews that I agree with, such as a lack of an iron, cannot take bath robes out of our rooms, etc, but they were minor enough that they did not take away from the family's overall experience.

Uau... que lugar. Eu desafio alguém a classificar este lugar como menos de 5 estrelas. Este lugar é simplesmente incrível. Neste lugar os jardins são imaculados (as ervas daninhas pedem permissão para crescer aqui) as obras de arte, o prédio, a água, tudo é incrível. Mas o pessoal… o pessoal é sensacional. Falei com Humphrey Zuther (Chefe Concierge) hoje por mais de uma hora. Ele fez o tempo para ouvir, e deixe-me saber como as coisas funcionam. Minha opinião honesta é que Humphrey é um verdadeiro reflexo de todos os funcionários da Mulia.

Wow… what a place. I dare anyone to rate this place as under 5 stars. This place is simply amazing. In this place the gardens are immaculate (the weeds ask permission to grow here) the art work, the building, the water, it’s all amazing. But the staff… the staff are sensational. I spoke to Humphrey Zuther (Chief Concierge) today for over an hour. He made the time to listen, and let me know how things work. My honest opinion is that Humphrey is a true reflection of all of the staff at Mulia.

We love Hotel Mulia!!! This was like the 5th timr we stayed there. The service is world class and the facility is 5 stars. Modern and minimalist, private beach, fantastic pool. Unfortunately because of Covid restrictions, the breakfast buffet was not fully back on. A shame because one of the reasons we chose Mulia was because of the breakfast buffet. Don’t forget to pamper yourself in their spa facility!!! If you go to Bali, my advice to you, just avoid the dodgy places and choose Mulia, you will not be disappointed.

Excelente serviço, quarto bonito e moderno, fiquei impressionado com o sistema de banheiro deles 🤓😊 muito alta tecnologia. Amei suas piscinas também. A comida é deliciosa, especialmente um restaurante chinês no resort, mesmo como em Jacarta (nunca decepcionado). Nós fomos lá duas vezes durante a nossa estadia 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

A beautiful hotel with 5 star quality, however more focused on shoving a survey down your throat to keep their rating. Go out to dinner, a survey awaits, sit by the pool and the staff ask you to disconnect from the wifi and write a review. It’s a shame as the staff are clearly forced to do this despite their judgement. The brunch is also extremely overpriced for the current experience - rather different pre Covid speaking with many other guests during our stay.

Excellent service, beautiful and modern room, I was impressed by their toilet system 🤓😊 very high tech. Loved their pools too. Food are delicious, especially one Chinese Restaurant in the resort, same like in Jakarta (never disappointed). We went there twice during our stay 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Fiz a quarentena por 5 dias nesse lindo hotel. Era mais um feriado do que uma quarentena. As salas de quarentena estão localizadas em uma estrutura diferente da “sala normal” para que pudéssemos sair da sala e ir para a piscina e o restaurante. A equipe foi realmente incrível e super amigável. Uma razão pela qual escolhi este hotel é porque o menu deles era muito melhor do que os outros hotéis e não me decepcionou em nada, tudo estava delicioso. Então, se você está vindo para bali e procura um hotel de quarentena, o hotel Mulia é o ideal!

I did the quarantine for 5 days at this beautiful hotel. It was more a holiday than a quarantine. The quarantine rooms are located in a different structure than the “normal room” so We could be able to leave the room and head to the pool and the restaurant.
The staff was truly amazing and super friendly. One reason why I choose this hotel is because their menu was way better than the other hotels and did not disappointed me at all, everything was delicious.
So if you’re coming to bali and looking for a quarantine hotel, the Mulia hotel is the perfect one!

Belo e enorme resort. Mas não espere boas surpresas que tornem a sua estadia memorável.Nenhuma flexibilidade no fornecimento de quaisquer benefícios adicionais. Como early check-in/late check-out em baixa temporada, ou até mesmo fazer um welcome drink para você aproveitar no quarto.Se você puder seguir as Regras Mulia, você vai gostar, mas se você está acostumado a aproveitar os benefícios extras de ser um membro fiel de outras marcas globais de hotéis, tenho certeza que sentirá falta desses serviços generosos.

Beautiful and massive resort. But do not expect any good surprises that make your stay expectedly memorable.No flexibility in providing any additional benefits. Like early check-in/late check-out in low seasons, or even make welcome drink a take-out for you to enjoy it in the room.If you can follow the Mulia Rules, you would enjoy it, but if you are used to enjoying extra benefits of being a loyal member in other global hotel brands, I am pretty sure you will miss those generous services.
