Uma vez lá o check in ficou em outro nível, serviço de ipad para você para maior facilidade e tempo. Depois de todo aquele esforço exaustivo, era hora de uma cerveja. Where to begin, after being picked up at the airport I was comfortably transported to the lobby. Once there the check in was another level, ipad service to you for ease and time. Once all that exhausting effort was spent it was time for a beer. My man Kavinder at The Library bar saw me and said "would you like a drink sir"it was an elixir for the soul. From that point on I knew I was in good hands. 5 out of 5 would recommend .

Wonderful Spread of both veg and non veg food. Very nice service also, specially Abhishek was very cordial. Desserts are endless... Only thing I felt was the portion of each dessert item could have been smaller, so that it doesn't go waste.

Leela palace is an amazing hotel. It's a surprisingly big property right in the centre of the city and yet blocks out the hustle and bustle once you're inside the compound. It has lost a bit of sheen from its hay days but still very luxurious. The coffee shop spread is extremely good.

Undoubtedly The Leela Palace is one of the finest luxury hotels in Bangalore. Luxury reverberates throughout the hotel right from the exterior architecture to the interiors.
It is maintained with international standards with many people across the globe visiting it.
The rooms are great with variety of tariffs and are of global standards and they have very spacious lounges, well decorated with arts, artefacts and also a good blend of nature. Water has also been used appropriately in their interior designs to improve the aesthetics.
The professionalism of the staff is very evident right from the way they present themselves, to the way the flowers are decorated in the vases.
I would certainly recommend Leela for any of my important guests. As an international traveller, I just felt that the receiving staff at the entrance can be slightly more proactive in receiving and guiding people to where they want to go or may be add a few extra direction boards.
I honestly wanted to give a 4.5 stars but since the option is unavailable, I'm settling with 4.
Overall, Leela is a great recommendation!

Absolutely stunning interiors. The service and hospitality is impeccable. We stayed here for a night for my birthday and we really enjoyed our stay. They also gave me one of the most amazing cakes I've had.
Special shout out to Ankita at the front desk, who was a delight to talk to!
We got a room near the open function hall area so there was a lot of loud noise for sometime, so that was a con.
My only qualm was that they keep only one bathrobe, one pair of slippers and one dental kit for a double occupancy room.
If there's a choice, try to Ask for garden facing rooms.

Why was it Excellent?
We visited and stayed here for a couple of days on my birthday, must say that the place itself is a must visit just for the architecture and design! Very much impressed with the huge pillars and antique wooden furniture! Rooms were stunning and incredibly clean. I remember it was raining heavily the evening after we checked in and it was blissful view of the garden from the balcony! The beautiful lotus pond with fishes and the temple pillars gave it an ethnic touch. The breakfast buffet was unforgettable( Ham and cheese with bacon, pancakes with freshly whipped cream and berries were my favourites). Overall, a Royal stay! Will visit again♥️

Hotel espectacular. Me hospede allí por tema de trabajo y es increíble. La comida del restaurante esta buena, el buffet del desayuno tiene de todo. El gimnasio está muy bien, por lo que puede sustituir al tuyo si te hospedas por temas de trabajo. El servicio es bueno, la gente te trata con mucho respeto y son muy serviciales.
