Muy acogedor y limpio. Personal extremadamente amable y disponible. Cerca de varios lugares de interés y servicios. El único inconveniente fue la insonorización de las ventanas. Deja pasar prácticamente todo el ruido que proviene de la calle. De todos modos lo recomiendo.

Muito acolhedor e limpo. Staff extremamente simpático e disponível. Próximo de vários pontos turísticos e serviços. Único ponto negativo foi a insonorização das janelas. Deixa passar praticamente todo o barulho que vem da rua. De qualquer forma recomendo.

The location is good in terms of proximity to important points of interest. The neighborhood in a bit noisy but compensates with view of the brige from the room.
The hotel looks good. Clean and nice design.
I was disappointed about the breakfast. It is standard one, not much to choose from. We had had to leave earlier and we missed the breakfast in the last day and they promised to give something to go. They gave us 1 bagels and I asked additional for a fruit.
Except the breakfast part, the experience was nice. I will recommend it.

Very nice place even i had a few problem Like key didn't work from the begining and water coming under closet and tv wasn't working properly. However staff eas very kind and hospitable over all. They fixed most of it Especialy sirvan and gokhan kudos to them

What a fantastic experience at this beautiful, brand new hotel. The fantastic views are only secondary to the level of care provided by the staff of this hotel in making our 25th Anniversary celebratory trip to Istanbul a truly memorable one. With absolute warmth of good morning wishes from Şirvan at the fantastic breakfast table to the welcoming services from Ulzhan and Tarik Çan at the reception, we felt like we were home away from home. Not to forget the ever appreciated assistance from Gökhan at the gate, one would never forget for a second that this indeed is a special hotel. The rooms, the cleanliness and the spaciousness are above average.It is also worth mentioning that this location is extremely close to the Haliç metro station with bus stations right in the front and the tram at walking distance. All in all, what an amazing experience 👌👌

Professional Friendly and very helpful staff, clean environment, delicious and generous breakfast, location is by the water and 2 min walk from metro. If you are looking for a place near Taksim and Galata tower area I highly recommend this place.

Hotel muy bien ubicado para hacer turismo. Estuvimos 6 noches alojados, el hotel se encuentra todo reformado y el personal que nos atendió es excepcional. Lo único negativo por señalar algo, y no es culpa de ellos, es el ruido que se produce todas las mañana en las habitaciones que dan al callejón.

El hotel es excelente en todos los sentidos, la habitación coqueta limpia y las visitas son increíbles no te cansas de mirar el Bósforo y sus luces de noche, todo el personal muy profesional, muy atentos te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa! Y la ubicación es inmejorable estás en el medio de todos los monumentos históricos de la ciudad y el transporte a unos metros ( bus tram y ferry) le doy un diez 10

This hotel was honestly amazing. There were some flaws (as there are with any new hotel), such as during our stay, the elevator was broken and the laundry took longer than we wished, additionally the dogs outside of the hotel were barking all night. Besides that everything is great. The staff is great and you they really put in effort to make you feel at home. Yunos was really really nice. He was funny and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The location is also very convenient since it is a 2 minute walk to the metro and a 10 minute walk to the tram. Additionally, the chef was really good. It was very clear he created each meal with time and effort. Additionally, we received free-breakfast and the breakfast was also great. I 10/10 recommend this hotel to everyone whose looking to have a clean room with nice staff to keep you company.
