Minha esposa e eu tivemos uma estadia de duas noites para começar nossa viagem de uma semana para Boston e Massachusetts em meados de outubro. Nós amamos nossa estadia. O hotel fica em uma ótima área para explorar Boston e conhecer a área. O tempo estava quente, então fizemos ótimas caminhadas pela cidade. Nós também gostamos de um jantar no Uni o restaurante anexo que foi simplesmente fantástico. Um agradecimento especial a Vibhu Sehgal na recepção que nos fez o check-in, nos atualizou e nos ajudou durante a nossa estadia. O hotel é mais antigo e encantador, por isso tem peculiaridades, mas nenhuma que valha a pena mencionar e nenhuma que prejudique a nossa estadia. Se tivesse havido um problema, tenho certeza de que a equipe nos teria acomodado bem. O hotel parece uma parte da história de Boston e ficamos contentes por ter escolhido para a nossa estadia.

El hotel está en una gran zona para explorar Boston y conocer la zona. El clima era cálido, así que dimos unos buenos paseos por la ciudad. También disfrutamos de una cena en Uni, el restaurante adjunto, que fue simplemente increíble. Un agradecimiento especial a Vibhu Sehgal en la recepción que nos registró, nos actualizó y nos ayudó durante nuestra estadía. Wife and I had a two night stay to begin our week-long trip to Boston and Massachusetts in mid October. We loved our stay. The hotel is in a great area to explore Boston and get to know the area. Weather was warm so we had some great walks around the city. We also enjoyed a dinner at Uni the attached restaurant which was just awesome. A special thank you to Vibhu Sehgal at the front desk who check us in, upgraded us, and helped us out during our stay. The hotel is older and charming, so it has quirks but none worth mentioning and none that detracted from our stay. If there had been a problem, I'm confident the staff would have accommodated us well. The hotel feels like a part of Boston history and we were glad we chose it for our stay.

Há uma coisa que você não pode mudar em um hotel: é a localização. Nesse aspecto, o Eliot está indiscutivelmente no melhor lugar que você poderia imaginar em Boston. Situado na bela parte histórica da Commonwealth Ave, que leva ao Boston Common, também fica no topo das ruas Newbury e Boylston, ao lado do T.Há uma coisa extremamente difícil de mudar em um hotel: o serviço. Foi isso em particular que me levou a escrever este feedback. Sem falta, todos com que me deparei durante a nossa estadia foram simpáticos e prestativos da forma mais genuína. Os hoteleiros gastam milhões para construir ou melhorar as suas propriedades, mas é esta qualidade de boas-vindas que faz toda a diferença e, no final do dia, não tem preço.Obrigado Fiona e todos no Eliot por uma estadia memorável. There is one thing you cannot change about a hotel, it’s location. On that front, the Eliot is arguably in the best spot you could think of in Boston. Situated on the beautiful historic part of Commonwealth Ave leading to Boston Common it is also at the top of Newbury and Boylston Streets, right next to the T.
There is one thing which is exceedingly difficult to change about a hotel, the service. It is this in particular which prompted me to write this feedback. Without fail, everyone I came across during our stay was friendly and helpful in the most genuine way. Hoteliers spend millions building or improving their properties yet it is this quality of welcome which makes all the difference and at the end of the day priceless.
Thank you Fiona and all at The Eliot for a memorable stay. We will be back.

The Eliot is my go-to when I'm in Boston. The rooms are clean and the service is great. My only complaint is that the room key is way to heavy and shouldn't be metallic.

Meu marido e eu tivemos uma ótima experiência no hotel Eliot! Ficamos aqui por uma noite para um show no Fenway. Não só a localização era próxima e conveniente, como todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e profissionais. Nosso quarto estava faltando um frigobar, mas ligamos para a recepção e um foi entregue em nosso quarto em cinco minutos. O quarto era muito limpo e a cama era incrivelmente confortável! Nós não hesitaria em ficar aqui novamente.

My husband and I had a great experience at the Eliot hotel! We stayed here for one night for a concert at Fenway. Not only was the location close and convenient, all of the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Our room was missing a mini fridge but we called the front desk and one was delivered to our room in five minutes. The room was so clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Well this Hotel is the best one I've stayed at. Also I received a free upgrade to a nicer room. Very clean and the staff is wonderful. Everything you want to do and see is within walking distance. I will definitely come back.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Comfortable rooms. The staff are lovely, there is concierge parking, and despite being in the university district it is quiet. 12 minute walk to Fenway Park!
