Esta é uma propriedade adorável e bem mantida em Playa del Carmen. Possui uma enorme piscina para caminhadas e natação, junto ao mar. A equipe é gentil e atenciosa. Excelente comida nas proximidades. Aproveitar.

This is a lovely, well maintained property in Playa del Carmen. It has a huge pool for walking and swimming, next to the ocean. The staff is kind and considerate. Great food nearby. Enjoy.

Eu amo ficar no The Elements! Da enorme piscina ao clube de praia aos espaçosos condomínios com grandes varandas! A vista de cada varanda é incrível. A maioria das varandas tem uma área de estar e de jantar. Existem muitas espreguiçadeiras à beira da piscina ou no clube de praia (bebidas disponíveis para compra durante a tarde) e geralmente é fácil encontrar a sua escolha de sol ou sombra. É uma ótima vida em condomínio.

I love staying at The Elements! From the huge pool to the beach club to the spacious condos with large balconies! The view from every balcony is just amazing. Most balconies have both a lounge and dining area. The are lots of lounge chairs by the pool or at the beach club (drinks available for purchase during the afternoon) and it is usually easy to find your choice of sun or shade. It is great condo living.

Nós hospedado aqui por quase um mês até outubro e foi uma experiência incrível. O pessoal aqui é muito simpático, principalmente Erika e Miquel do Bric e Eduardo no bar da praia. O apartamento era lindo e os jardins ao redor tão bonitos, exuberantes e verdes. As cadeiras ao redor da incrível piscina eram limpas todas as manhãs pela equipe. É apenas uma caminhada muito curta, menos de 5 minutos, da bela praia e do mar deslumbrante. Éramos uma família de três pessoas e meu filho encontrou tantos grandes amigos para brincar ao redor da piscina, simplesmente amamos nossas férias aqui e queremos voltar novamente. Recomendo vivamente este lugar!

We stayed here for nearly a month through October and it was an awesome experience. The staff here are all so kind, especially Erika and Miquel from Bric and Eduardo on the beach bar. The apartment was beautiful and the grounds around it so pretty, lush and green. The chairs around the amazing pool were cleaned every morning by the staff. It's just a very short walk, less than 5 minutes, to the beautiful beach and stunning sea. We were a family of three and my young son found so many great friends to play with around the pool, we just loved our holiday here and want to definitely go back again. I highly recommend this place!

Segunda vez hospedado no Elements. Eu amo o local porque é perto da praia. Os jardins e as áreas comuns são sempre limpos e confortáveis. Nós ficamos em outra unidade do que no ano passado. O anfitrião era horrível e a unidade estava muito desatualizada, suja, as panelas e frigideiras estavam enferrujadas para usar. As camas eram como dormir em caixas de papelão. Quando levei minhas preocupações ao anfitrião, ele não fez nada para acomodá-las. Se eu não tivesse que selecionar 1 estrela, classificaria esta unidade com estrelas. Foi tão ruim assim.

I’m having a hard time rating this complex. There were some good things and some bad things, so I’ll share my pros and cons for penthouse 7.Pros -walking distance to lots of great places to eat and drink -area felt safe enough for us to let our 3 teens wander without adult supervision -penthouse 7 (3 bed, 3 bath) was very spacious and we had plenty of room for our family of 5. -filtered water provided with free jug refills (bring your own hydroflask, etc) -had a washer and dryer and both worked effectivelyso we could do our laundry -didn’t have any hot water issues with all the laundry and 5 people showering. -every room had its own thermostat so we were never hot in the condo -the large pool was nice -the beach was private -the beach club was convenient for cocktails -chairs were included so we didn’t have to pay for chair rental like is very common in Destin, FL where we typically vacation. -we had a decent view pool/partial ocean -unit was equipped with enough dishes, pots, and pans for the simple cooking we do on vacation.Cons -the unit was not very clean. I couldn’t tell you when the floors were last mopped. Our feet got dirty from the floor just being in the unit -there were ants all over the floor in the main area and coming in through the sliding door -the hot tub didn’t work. -the master shower was gross. Pubic hairs from previous guests. I ended up cleaning it while we were there. -there was a dishwasher but no detergent provided and we couldn’t find any at the local Walmart or convenience stores so even though dishwasher was advertised, we had to wash everything by hand. -area rug in main room was dirty: hair and ants. I would have vacuumed it but there was no vacuum in the unit. -the whole unit needed a deep clean and updating. It looked like it was barely surface cleaned between reservations. We definitely left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. We stripped all the beds and started washing the bedding and washed/dryer/folded all the towels we used except what we used the morning of checkout. -sheets on beds were stained and honestly who knows if they had been washed because they didn’t smell like detergent. Nothing in the whole condo smelled of cleaning supplies when we arrived. -The walls were very dirty and needed new paint. -pictures made everything look newer, cleaner, nicer. -the master bedroom tv volume didn’t work when you tried to watch Netflix. It onlyworked for tv channels. -only 1 roll of TP provided per bathroom and we had to ask for more which the front desk couldn’t give us, only our concierge so we had to wait on his availability. -bugs coming in through one of the window cracks in the stair well up to the top floor. -the water in the pool was pretty warm which was disappointing it wasn’t really good for cooling off from the super hot days -the beach had a lot of seaweed and it stunk badly of sulfur. Some days were better than others and there were areas we could go in the water without issue but the piles of everything rotting ashore ruined the ocean smell. -the beach chairs could use replacing. Some were broken or very worn.If the condo had been adequately cleaned and not full of bugs I would have been able to overlook some of the other things, but it just isn’t ok to not provide clean units. Especially in times of covid when we are still having to wear masks in the lobby, but then the beds and showers we are using aren’t cleaned and sanitized. You should have seen the stuff I scrubbed up from the master shower and how dirty it was. I’m talking the cleaning soap suds were dirty and dingy colored upon scrubbing.They probably were just rinsing it between guests which is disgusting.Bottom line: I would only stay here again if deep cleaning were done and then adequate cleaning between guests as well as some minor updates, like painting and new bedding, were done. It wasn’t worth the price we paid.

Second time staying at the Elements. I love the location because it's close to the beach. The grounds and the common areas are always clean and comfortable. We stayed in another unit than last year. The host was horrible and the unit was very outdated, dirty, the pots and pans were to rusted to use. The beds were like sleeping on cardboard boxes. When I took my concerns to the host, he did nothing to accommodate my concerns. If I did not have to select 1 star, I would give this unit to star rating. That's how bad it was.

El lugar Bonito, habitaciones con falta de mantenimiento, no ofrecen ni papel de baño ni limpieza de depto, de baños, cambio de toallas, sábanas etc. Tiene uno k hacer todo y eso sí te cobran bastante bien por que tu hagas el queaser, no tiene restaurante,ni una cafetería hay k salir hasta por un café. Y además playa llena de sargazo🙉
