The Corsair and Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort

Set on three acres of shorefront on Nantucket Sound the Corsair & Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort has its own private beach and offers free Wi-Fi and modern units to fit just about any size family. Many of this low-rise resort's 47 non-smoking rooms include a kitchenette and private balcony and many have an ocean view. Some also include a living area and a jetted tub. Two-bedroom suites are available and the resort also features several homes that can accommodate larger families and groups. There are two seasonal outdoor pools and two hot tubs as well as a recreation building with an indoor heated pool game room and a play room for toddlers. Guests have use of a picnic area with gas grills and play area for kids. Parking is free. The resort is open April through October. The start of the Cape Cod Rail Trail is about three miles from the resort. The 22-mile bike trail runs from Dennis to Wellfleet. The myriad shops and restaurants of Route 28 one of the Cape's main thoroughfares are within one mile as is Cape Cod Waterways which rents canoes kayaks and electric paddle boats to explore the Swan Pond River out to Nantucket Sound. A favorite way to wrap up the day is with homemade ice cream from Sundae School less than a mile away. Boston's Logan International Airport is 84 miles away.
