We enjoyed our stay here. The food at the restaurant is the best I've had in Michigan City. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired, there didn't seem to be anyone attending it, they ran out of coffee and waffles and weren't really cleaning the tables between uses. The room was a mixed bag, it was spacious, had a lovely view, and had a comfortable bed. There was some lack of attention to detail. I found stains on the bed coverings, there were stains in the bathtub, a barren wall that just needed a painting to look right,the grout and caulking was failing which doesn't really matter but it does detract from the aesthetics. You should bring some water with you if you don't like the taste of well water. Overall it was a nice place to hunker down for a weekend and is probably a much better place to stay when the weather permits you to walk around the private and nature filled grounds.

Impromptu stay turned into a magical night filled with good beer and wine and an amazing 4 course dinner New Year’s Eve celebration! Cozy and welcoming with the most accommodating and friendly staff. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend this for your next getaway 🥂

This place is amazing! I was in the area on business and my customer recommended The Brewery Lodge and I can’t say enough about it to do it justice! The room I had was a king suite and it was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bar and restaurant are by far a hidden jewel! The plant manager at my customers facility, Rick recommend I try the Elk Burger and a Manhattan! I did both and have to say I was very satisfied! The Bar Tender, Marco and the staff were very pleasant, accommodating and attentive! Highly recommend a visit!

My fiance and I had a nice weekend getaway in August. We found the room to be clean, spacious, and very quiet. The staff was friendly but also unintrusive which we really liked. Our meals were fantastic and the staff even put together dessert one night for us to take to our room. We were pleased with the beer selection. Our first experience at Zorn was not good as they didn't have a selection to meet our different tastes and we were completely ignored by the staff when trying to order. I would say Zorn redeemed themselves on this trip. I find it sad that people have complained in their reviews about the brewery dog, Zeus. He never got in our face, doesn't go in the rooms, and we found him to be quite charming. I do agree that this might have been a bit overpriced. I probably would have paid this much for a spa room at another bed and breakfast. The grounds could be better kept. All in all, we had a great stay and would go back.
