Located in Bromma, Sure Hotel Studio by Best Western Bromma is in the business district, within a 15-minute drive of Drottningholm Palace and Stockholm City Hall. This hotel is 5.6 mi (9.1 km) from Friends Arena and 7.2 mi (11.6 km) from Stockholm Palace. To-go breakfasts are available daily from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM for a fee. Make yourself at home in one of the 60 air-conditioned rooms featuring heated floors and flat-screen televisions. Digital television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include separate sitting areas and coffee/tea makers, and housekeeping is provided weekly.

When i arrived I was surprised. The place look exactly like the pictures. I started with 5 stars. But from here it was only downwards. In the booking it says that they clean the rooms everyday but unfortunately this is not true. I hanged the note on the door that says please clean the room but nothing happened, in the bathroom there was no soap for cleaning hands, and same thing at the kitchen as well. I also needed clean new towels, which was not provided until the day after. I called the receptionist and asked why but there was no logic answer to get. Next thing is about breakfast, THERE IS NO BREAKSFAST AT THE HOTEL. I went to the dining room on Sunday between the hours but nothing there. I did the same thing on Monday but nothing there as well. I called the receptionist they told me the breakfast was on the vending machine where it was possible to buy an old sandwich and a redbull. No options here for anything else. It says on the hotel information that there will be availability for someone at the reception between 12:00-20:00. I have now stayed here for several days and no one has been in the reception. It been closed in all hours, when I called and asked the service line they told me this Hotell do not have a reception. Why then does it says that there is a reception in the lobby?? Last at not least last night it was full party at one of the rooms. People screaming, punching, fighting. The noises so loud that I was not possible to sleep. I again called the receptionist to explain this. Nothing happened for an hour and we had to call the police our self. People shouting, running in the hallways, trying to open several doors etc. this issue removes the security of feeling ‘’safe’’. Especially when no one did anything! For me this will be the last time here, and I do not recommend living here, even though the price is cheaper then other options.

I was surprised about the quality of the room and its contints, very clean comfortable and quiet. You will fell like home.

Worst hotel experience ever! No one answers when you call! No one answering emails! No staff at the reception! Terribly cleaned upon check-in! No cleaning at all, with coffee/tea refills, as we stayed for three nights! We each had a small bag of coffee the first day!! AWESOME!!! NOT EVEN WORTH A SINGLE STAR!!

Felt more like an open institution than a hotel. Dirty and dusty room that smelled of frying fat and old fryer. Tv was in the room but no remote control (optional?) Took an hour to get access to the room.
