I foi reservado para 2 noites no Quality Inn em Mitchell, ao chegar, sentida como se estivéssemos em um calabouço, tão escuro e malcheiroso e terrível serviço ao cliente atrás do balcão. Então, na minha segunda noite, decidimos ficar no Super 8 em Mitchell. Que diferença! Tão amável! E custa quase metade do preço no assustador Quality Inn. Os quartos eram muito limpos e a senhora atrás do balcão de check-in era muito simpática e prestativa e me fez sentir muito bem-vindo!

Primero reservé por 2 noches en Quality Inn en Mitchell, al llegar nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en un calabozo, tan oscuro y maloliente y terrible servicio al cliente detrás del mostrador. Así que mi segunda noche decidimos quedarnos en Super 8 en Mitchell. ¡Que diferencia! ¡Adorable! Y cuesta casi la mitad del precio en el aterrador Quality Inn. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y la señora detrás del mostrador de registro fue muy agradable, servicial y amable y me hizo sentir muy bienvenido.

I was first reserved for 2 nights at Quality Inn in Mitchell, upon arriving we felt like we were in a dungeon, so dark and smelly and terrible customer service behind the counter. So my second night we decided to stay at Super 8 in Mitchell. What a difference! So lovely! And cost almost half the price at scary Quality Inn. Rooms were very clean and the lady behind the check in counter was so nice and helpful and friendly and made me feel very welcome!

Very dirty and smells bad. Said breakfast provided but wasn't anything. Empty rooms with doors open and beds turned upside down trash all over on the floor. Our room the toilet wasn't bolted down and almost fell over when you used it. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Este motel foi HORRÍVEL!!! O serviço foi terrível. Eu tinha uma maçaneta quebrada, então eu lutava para entrar e sair do meu quarto toda vez. Eu disse na recepção e eles não fizeram nada para corrigir. Então tentei usar minha T.V. ela não ligava, novamente avisei a recepção e eles disseram que informariam a manutenção. Nada foi feito para corrigir nenhum dos problemas durante a minha estadia, nem me ofereceram um quarto diferente e também não foi oferecida nenhuma compensação. Para completar a coisa toda, o lugar era imundo e fedido tão ruim que eu não ousei tomar café da manhã ou café com medo de pegar alguma coisa. Não sou super exigente, mas espero que as coisas sejam pelo menos limpas e que as coisas básicas funcionem corretamente. Por favor, escolha outro motel. Este lugar é um grande roubo e ambas as pessoas que eu lidei na recepção foram muito rudes.

This motel was AWFUL!!! Service was terrible. I had a broken doorknob so I struggled to get in and out of my room everytime. I told front desk and they did nothing to make it right. Then I tried to use my T.V. it would not turn on,again I told the front desk and they said they would inform maintenance. Nothing was done to fix any of the issues during my stay, I wasn't even offered a different room and no compensation was offered either. To top the whole thing off the place was filthy and stunk so bad I didn't dare get breakfast or coffee for fear I might catch something. I am not super picky, but I do expect things to atleast be clean and for the basic things to work properly. Please choose another motel. This place is a major rip off and both people that I dealt with at the front desk were very rude.

Ficamos lá no fim de semana apenas porque não havia outros quartos na cidade. Foi a pior experiência em um hotel que já tive. As fotos online NÃO são a realidade. Ficamos presos em um quarto que claramente era um quarto para fumantes. Cheirava como um cinzeiro. Havia marcas de queimadura no tapete (ver foto). O quarto estava sujo e descuidado. Havia manchas no colchão e o babado de poeira estava rasgado. Tivemos que “compensar” porque estávamos lá para um encontro de natação e não tínhamos outras opções.Na última noite lá, um grande grupo de adolescentes entrou e nos acordou. Eles estavam gritando entre os quartos e batendo as portas. Nós educadamente ligamos para a recepção para perguntar se eles se importariam de pedir mais silêncio, pois tínhamos que acordar cedo. O funcionário, chamado Jordanna, gritou com meu marido e disse a ele que ele estava sendo irracional e se recusou a dizer qualquer coisa a esse grupo. Ele pediu o número do gerente dela e ela desligou na cara dele. Ele então foi para a recepção e pediu para cancelar o nosso quarto para o restante do tempo. Isso continuou até as 2h30. Na manhã seguinte, o grupo de adolescentes estava acordado às 5:00 gritando entre os quartos e batendo as portas novamente. O atendimento ao cliente foi horrível! Essa garota precisa ser demitida imediatamente. Ela não tem nenhum negócio trabalhando no atendimento ao cliente.Esta foi a minha primeira vez hospedado e Super 8 e meu último. NUNCA mais vou ficar em um.

Foi um bom hotel pelo preço que paguei. A senhora quando chegamos pela primeira vez foi muito agradável e útil. Mas eu perdi $ 3 em uma máquina de refrigerantes e quando eu pedi um reembolso o novo atendente da recepção foi muito rude. Me he alojado en este hotel varias veces. Reservo a través de Hotels.com, así que el registro es bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones están anticuadas y les vendría bien una capa de pintura fresca y una moqueta nueva. La ubicación es buena. El desayuno era bastante básico, pero hay lugares de comida rápida y un par de restaurantes para sentarse cerca. Estaba de paso por lo que era un lugar para descansar durante 10 horas. La cama era cómoda. En general, me alojaría de nuevo por una noche, pero si fuera una estancia larga, buscaría otra cosa.

La habitación estaba sucia y descuidada. Había manchas en el colchón y el volante de polvo estaba roto. Tuvimos que "aceptar" porque estábamos allí para una competencia de natación y no teníamos otras opciones.La última noche allí, un gran grupo de adolescentes entró y nos despertó. Estaban gritando entre las habitaciones y dando portazos. Llamamos cortésmente a la recepción para preguntarles si les importaría pedirles que se callaran más, ya que teníamos que levantarnos temprano. El empleado, llamado Jordanna, le gritó a mi esposo y le dijo que no estaba siendo razonable y se negó a decirle nada a este grupo. Le pidió el número de su gerente y ella le colgó. Luego fue a la recepción y pidió cancelar nuestra habitación por el resto del tiempo. Esto continuó hasta las 2:30 am. Já me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel. Eu reservo pelo Hotels.com, então o check-in é bem tranquilo. Os quartos estão desatualizados e podem usar uma nova camada de tinta e um carpete novo. A localização é boa. Café-da-manhã foi bastante básico, mas existem articulações de fast food e um casal sente-se restaurantes nas proximidades. Estava apenas de passagem, então era um lugar para descansar por 10 horas. A cama era confortável. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. I book through Hotels.com so check in is pretty smooth. Rooms are outdated and could use fresh coat of paint and some new carpet. The location is good. Breakfast was pretty basic but there are fast food joints and a couple sit down restaurants nearby. Was just passing through so it was a place to rest for 10 hours. The bed was comfortable. Overall would stay again for a night but if it was a long stay I would look for something else.

We stayed there over the weekend only because there were no other rooms in town. It was the worst experience in a hotel that I’ve ever had. The photos online are NOT the reality. We got stuck in a room that had clearly been a smoking room. It smelled like an ashtray. There were burn marks on the carpet (see photo). The room was unclean and unkept. There were stains on the mattress and the dust ruffle was ripped. We had to “make due” because we were there for a swim meet and had no other options.
The last night there, a large group of teenagers came in and woke us up. They were yelling between rooms and slamming the doors. We politely called the front desk to ask if they would mind asking them to more quiet, as we had to be up early. The clerk, name Jordanna, yelled at my husband and told him that he was being unreasonable and refused to say anything to this group. He asked for her manager’s number and she hung up on him. He then went to the front desk and asked to cancel our room for the remainder of the time. This continued until 2:30 am. The next morning the group of teenagers were up at 5:00 screaming between rooms and slamming doors again. The customer service was horrible! This gal needs fired immediately. She has no business working in customer service.
This was my first time staying in and Super 8 and my last. I will NEVER stay in one again.

It was a nice hotel for the price I paid. The lady when we first checked in was very nice and helpful. But I lost $3 in a soda machine and when I asked for a refund the new front desk attendant was very rude. He talked down on me for not getting my soda and glared at me as I walked out of the lobby.

Um dos melhores do Super 8. Parado para uma soneca rápida. Espaço para melhorias. Camas e a maior parte do quarto geral estava limpo. O tapete pode ser substituído. * cabelo * na banheira. E se você tem sono leve, as paredes são muito finas. Eu pediria um quarto longe dos outros, se possível. Preço decente para o tempo lil gasto lá.

One of the nicer of the Super 8's. Stopped for a quick nap. Room for improvement.Beds and most of the overall room was clean. Carpet could stand to be replaced. *hair* in the bath tub.And if you are a light sleeper the walls are very thin.I would ask for a room away from others if possible.Decent price for the lil time spent there.
