The most beautiful place with the most spacious apartments packed with danish design right by the water in Copenhagen. Less that 5 min walk to the metro which brings you to all the action in middle of the city in less than 10 min. This is by far my new favorite part of Copenhagen. We will be back

Só não ganhou 5 estrelas porque é longe da estação de metrô. Se vc tem mais que 60 anos, não vai curtir andar 15 min na chuva e no frio de 3 graus, em ruas e avenidas em obras, sem atrativo nenhum, até chegar na estação. Nos deram um apartamento na altura da calçada, acho que era para ser uma loja.Em compensação, era enorme, 3 quartos, 2 banheiros e máquinas de lavar e secar roupas. Muito limpo. Talvez os apartamentos mais altos tenham mais charme...

Nice welcome free upgrade to penthouses nice view very clean here for two days business trip would definitely come back handy for restaurant also some basic shopping there is some building works getting done but not any problems be raining for our second day but still walk to the town all good

Excelente lugar. El departamento hermoso. Una terraza magnífica, mucha elegancia simplistica. La ubicación no es muy buena, no esta cerca del centro aunque tiene una vista del puerto muy buena.

Our stay was for two weeks. Really is new apartment and area. More new than I would have liked as the area is still a large building site. We have apartment 4012, ground floor facing and on the street at the end of the current road. Thankfully the fixed windows and doors have doubled glazing. Unfortunately all windows are fixed so you can’t open (when building work is done for the day) and the two outside doors have no screens plus no fans or air conditioning, summer would be not so nice. As this is a new setup, there are problems, while staying in the apartments work was completed while we were staying in the apartment, lights installed and pictures hung, with no notifications from management.. We and other guests also complained to the desk staff about a group of people staying in an apartment above us, if we had a working phone we would have called the police, as the fighting of the group got violent. Unfortunately the staff are young with little experience and did not want to know, all they were concerned with was that this group was checking out and may steal from the apartment. I can understand the concerns, but what about the other guests? House keeping was hit and miss. Some days no towels. In the two weeks of daily service not once right. This is down to management and not the housekeeper.

Very nice apartment hotel, I love the kitchen the most, it's clean and with all the necessary and good quality utensils. Especially that there's a supermarket nearby, so it's perfect for those who would like to cook. Very friendly staff as well.

Excelente y enorme apartamento con vistas al canal. Zona con ambiente muy jóven y muy proximo al centro.

Está un poco alejado del centro pero muy bien comunicado. Son unos apartamentos de lujo en la zona mas nueva de Copenhague. Hay supermercado y aparcamientos en altura cercano.
