Check-in staff was rude, the hotel is loud, and you can hear lots of noise coming from the hall, the air conditioner ran excessively, not matching temp set at the thermostat, there was dumpster trash pick up at 4:50 AM in the morning, which is incredibly inconsiderate for guest sleeping. This property is ok, but there are better options.$12 parking for a Springhill Suites is ridiculous!

Its nice and staff is friendly, over priced if you ask me. Took my kids to get drinks and chips late night snacks and 38$ left this place is ridiculous. 12$ for parking, 13$ for bedding for the sleeper sofa, 4$ drinks, 5$ chips needless to say I won't stay here again but it was a good stay.

Un lugar muy lindo, ubicación perfecta, excelente servicio, habitaciones muy grandes y bien distribuidas, tienen mini refrigeradora, horno de microondas, televisión, el wifi es muy bueno, escritorio, sofá, mesita, tiene el inodoro con lavatorio, completamente separado de la ducha, la cual tiene lavatorio y espejo, son muy amplias, la cama es muy cómoda y las almohadas son las mejores! Cobran el parqueo por aparte, el desayuno por el tema del Covid es diferente, lo llevas a la habitación entre semana y los fines de semana se puede comer en el espacio destinado a comer, en fin, súper recomendado 👌

Overall, I work say this was not a bad hotel or experience but there was definitely some issues. First off, the staff were great and everyone was super friendly. I know covid has messed with alot of things but this hotel shows they have continental breakfast but when you are there you get a choice of five things and nothing more. It was the most poor breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. They only do the buffet on busy days and the weekend. They don't tell you this before hand. The food was also not well made. There is a Starbucks here but it is not operational. Per the listing the rooms were recently updated but it looks like they are well used. One of our rooms had a nice large lovely "human" stain on the couch. Some of the doors were peeling and there was some nicks in the walls. Also, be careful when you use the luggage carts... Both are broken.

This is a great hotel. For the price, it becomes an outstanding hotel. Staff is amazing for even the smallest interaction. I love the room layout, I feel like it makes the space amazing.

Great hotel, friendly staff . The breaksfast is to go. The cafeteria , the gym, the recreation center are closed due to COVID19. The parking fee is $12 per day. There is Shuttle to Seaworld. CVS pharmacy across the street, Bufalo wild wings restaurant and TGI Friday.

I really enjoyed staying here it was clean, comfortable and spacious. Great location, loved how close it was to all the attractions. Unfortunately, due to covid the breakfast area is closed including the bar and grill by the pool and the Starbucks :( Also, I’m not sure if there still is room service during the day because no one came to clean while we stepped out for the day. I had to go to the lobby to ask for new towels, etc.

Quiero compartir mi opinión sobre mi estadía en el Hotel SpringHill Suites Marriott, me hospede con mi familia (Esposo y Hija ) estaba en búsqueda de un Hotel familiar motivado ahnuestras vacaciones en Disney, la verdad nos sentimos muy cómodos en las habitaciones la cual cabe acotar que estaban limpias, no olían ah húmeda, las instalaciones son nuevas el personal muy atento y amables,el servicio de aseo en las habitaciones se lo realizaron todos los días.El área de la piscina bellísima el agua limpia.,en general puedo recomendar este Hotel. Gracias Marriott por satisfacer misexpectativas.

Fantástico hotel. La recepcionista fue muy amable y nos habló en español. Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. El hotel tiene un restaurante "flamingo" que abre hasta las 11pm. Hay ordenadores gratuitos disponibles en el hall. Todo muy nuevo. Sin duda, 100% recomendable. La piscina abre mientras está el restaurante abierto. Se pueden tomar cócteles en el bar de la piscina. El mojito no es nada bueno, al contrario que el dakiri de fresa que es delicioso.
