Na verdade, no início, encontrei problemas com outros hóspedes que não seguiram o protocolo e as regras de proibição de fumar. Isso me incomodou porque eu escolhi especificamente um processo de hotel não-fumante por questões de saúde. Também estou aqui a negócios e me senti desprezado porque a Corporação anuncia como sendo "favorável aos negócios", mas parecia o centro do partido. Eventualmente, minhas necessidades foram atendidas e estou muito feliz agora. Eu sei que você não pode controlar outras pessoas ou falhas de equipamento, etc., mas eu senti que isso tinha que ser resolvido. Eles estão bem comigo! A administração é excelente e fez o que era necessário para consertar a situação. Eu amo isso aqui! Jason, Zyla ', Crystal, Sheila, Pia, Dre e a equipe de limpeza receberam uma avaliação de 5 estrelas minha ❤❤❤❤ Agradeço pessoalmente. 🙏🏼

I actually encountered issues at first with other guests not following protocol and non-smoking rules. It bothered me because I specifically choose a non-smoking hotel sue to health concerns. I'm also here on business and felt slighted because the Corporation advertises as being "business friendly" but seemed like party central. Eventually my needs were accommodated and I'm very happy now. I know you can't control other people or equipment failures etc. but I felt it had to be addressed. They are alright with me! Management is top notch and did what was necessary to fix the situation. I Love It Here! Jason, Zyla', Crystal, Sheila, Pia, Dre and the Housekeeping staff get a 5 star rating from me ❤❤❤❤ I thank you personally. 🙏🏼

The main entrance is kind of obscure and not obvious. Lighting wasn't the best in the roof due to the location. But overall a nice stay. But the big ball drop was the tv in the sitting area, WHY THE HELL DOESN'T PIVOT!? Something so simple to make the experience better

Entry door makes a loud gunshot like bang just to go in. No trays for the continental breakfast, not even a coffee carrier. I had to carry up 2 coffees and two hot waters back to the room. Thats a liability waiting to happen. Tv in living room space had no volume. Solution offered was to move to another room later in the day. Mini fridge did not get very cold. The hotel itself was very night. We have stayed before. We were charged an extra $100 and now just waiting to see why and if it will be refunded before I call and complain.

Jason was especially helpful as was another young lady. Unsure now of her name. I think it started with the letter P. The entire staff was very pleasant and made me feel very safe there during my stay.The owner needs to realize how fortunate his is to have such a beautiful place with such an exceptional staff.

O edifício histórico do ex-Maryland Trust da SHS, no centro de Baltimore, é um testemunho de qualquer conversão de hotel. O hotel manteve todos os grandes destaques do arranha-céu americano grand art-deco, enquanto oferece as comodidades modernas para a máxima satisfação do hóspede. Suítes modernas, um cofre único convertido em salas de conferência, excelente café-da-manhã incluso em todas as suítes, cama muito confortável, equipe simpática, elevadores rápidos e duas salas de ginástica em volta de um magnífico lobby. Tudo isso por um preço muito baixo. Eu encontrei meu hotel para ficar em Baltimore!

This hotel has a lot to offer. It's in the downtown area so it's in walking distance to lots of restaurants. I stayed in a king suite with a great view. I would definitely recommend staying here.

SHS's ex-Maryland Trust's historic building downtown Baltimore stands as a testament to any hotel conversion.The hotel kept all the great featured from the American skyscraper grand art-deco era, while offering the modern amenities for maximum guest satisfaction.Modern suites, a uniquevault converted to conference rooms, excellent breakfast included with every suite, VERY COMFORTABLE bed, friendly staff, fast elevators and two workout rooms wrapped around a magnificent lobby.All that for a very descent price.I found my hotel to stay in Baltimore!
