As instalações estavam boa e os funcionários foram atenciosos. Problema foi uma pessoa que se identificou como proprietária gritando coisas horríveis com um hóspede sentado na recepção. Ela parecia descontrolada e eu nunca soube o que fez o hóspede pra merecer ouvir tanto desaforo. Foi constrangedor pra todo mundo. Li nos comentários que não foi a primeira nem a segunda vez. Uma pena, pois fora isso o hotel seria bom.

Las instalaciones estaban bien y el personal era atento. El problema fue una persona que se identificó como la propietaria gritando cosas horribles a un huésped sentado en la recepción. Parecía fuera de control y nunca supe qué hizo el invitado para merecer escuchar tal insulto. Fue vergonzoso para todos. Leí en los comentarios que no era la primera ni la segunda vez. Una pena, de lo contrario el hotel estaría bien.

The facilities were good and the staff were attentive. Problem was a person who identified herself as the owner yelling horrible things at a guest sitting at the front desk. She seemed out of control and I never knew what the guest did to deserve to hear such an insult. It was embarrassing for everyone. I read in the comments that it was not the first or second time. A pity, otherwise the hotel would be good.

A estrutura do hotel me pareceu ótima e foi esse o motivo de ter escolhido me hospedar lá dia 09/04 mas, não deu certo. A experiência HORRÍVEL que tive se iniciou com o dono, GUSTAVO, que cancelou a minha hospedagem pois disse que não havia conseguido contato telefônico comigo (poderia ter enviado WhatsApp ou e-mail caso de fato não tivesse conseguido falar via telefone, pois nem sempre posso atender) para confirmar uma reserva que eu mesma já havia confirmado com mais de duas semanas de antecedência (23/03) Me desloquei de BH para Conceição para chegar ao hotel splendore ser informada de que minha reserva foi cancelada e para piorar havia uma senhora (mãe do proprietário) alterada que não gostou da minha reclamação sobre o cancelamento e começou LITERALMENTE A BERRAR COMIGO NA RECEPÇÃO. Ou seja, a péssima gestão de reversas, atendimento e respeito com o cliente não valem a estada no hotel, independente da estrutura.

La estructura del hotel me pareció genial y esa fue la razón por la que elegí quedarme allí el 09/04, pero no funcionó. La PÉSIMA experiencia que tuve comenzó con el propietario, GUSTAVO, quien canceló mi estadía porque dijo que no había podido contactarme por teléfono (podría haber enviado WhatsApp o correo electrónico si no hubiera podido hablar por teléfono, ya que No siempre puedo contestar) para confirmar una reserva que ya había confirmado con más de dos semanas de antelación (23/03) Viajé de BH a Conceição para llegar al hotel splendore y me informaron que mi reserva fue cancelada y, para empeorar las cosas, había una señora (madre del propietario) cambiada a la que no le gustó mi queja sobre la cancelación y comenzó LITERALMENTE A GRITAR A MÍ EN LA RECEPCIÓN. En otras palabras, la mala gestión de los reveses, el servicio y el respeto por el cliente no justifican la estancia en el hotel, independientemente de la estructura.

Minha hospedagem foi excelente. Eu e meu namorado adoramos e minha família tbm, pois pegamos 3 quartos de casal. O hotel é bonito, com instalações todas novinhas e o café da manhã é maravilhoso, todo completo e repõe tudo a todo momento. Gostamos muito de tudo!
