A qualidade da comida do serviço de quarto é excepcional. Chocantemente bom, na verdade. O software deles tentou me penhorar em uma sala diferente da que eu reservei, então eu diria que sua ética corporativa é duvidosa. Mas os quartos são limpos. A cama é macia.

Este é um bom hotel para ficar e os quartos são agradáveis e limpos. O salão também é bom. Durante a minha estadia, vi uma taxa extra na conta e acabou sendo uma taxa para 2 copos de vinhos do lounge. Isso essencialmente eu e eu ligamos para a equipe de contabilidade do hotel e foi outro hóspede que adicionou o número do meu quarto à conta e assinou. Eles cancelaram a cobrança e me devolveram o dinheiro. A equipe foi simpática e educada e definitivamente voltaremos.

A nossa estadia foi muito boa. O nosso quarto era limpo, espaçoso e tinha uma cama muito confortável. O hotel está localizado em uma excelente localização perto de muitas lojas e restaurantes. A equipe parecia bom o suficiente ... no entanto, solicitei um mini-frigorífico porque um não veio no quarto (avail gratuitamente sob pedido), bem como um roupão adicional para o meu marido TRÊS VEZES (um à chegada, um mais tarde naquela noite, e um na noite seguinte) sem acompanhamento. As duas últimas pessoas com quem conversei pediram desculpas e garantiram que iriam fazer o pedido e acompanhar. Nenhuma tal sorte. Nós nunca ouvimos de volta e nunca recebemos nenhum item. Na noite passada eu desisti e aceitei que não seria. Super decepcionante. 4-5 estrelas além do atendimento ao cliente.

Este hotel é tops no meu livro. Eu fiz o check-in e meu quarto não estava pronto! A pessoa no balcão não hesitou em actualizar o meu quarto sem custo adicional. Então, o hotel estava limpo, o quarto era enorme! O bar e barman fez um ótimo martini! Peça um quando você for! Minutos a pé de bares, restaurantes e lojas! Estará de volta!

Este hotel oferece uma cama limpa para passar a noite. É esparso, pense em quartéis militares ou dormitório universitário e você terá uma ideia de como é. Em uma nota positiva, a equipe da recepção foi amigável, o pricess eficiente. Oh, tínhamos estacionamento gratuito, uma grande vantagem na área de DC. Também oferece café Starbucks gratuito no quarto com creme de verdade.

Minha esposa e eu fomos hóspedes por duas noites, de 9 a 11 de abril. O hotel está localizado em uma área agradável de Silver Spring. Devido à ambição, não havia comodidades no hotel. Até a pequena loja de presentes estava vazia. Havia um 7-11 a cerca de 2 quarteirões de distância. Mesmo para um fim de semana com poucos hóspedes, o hotel estava com poucos funcionários. O pessoal de plantão tinha muito pouco conhecimento da área. Quando chegou a hora de sair, não consegui encontrar um carrinho de bagagem, então tive que fazer várias viagens para carregar o carro. Nós não ficamos satisfeitos com a nossa estadia.

My wife and I were guests for two nights, April 9-11. The hotel is located in a nice area of Silver Spring. Due to covid there were no amenities in the hotel. Even the tiny gift shop was empty. There was a 7-11 about 2 blocks away. Even for a weekend with few guests, the hotel was under staffed. The staff on duty had very little knowledge of the area. When it was time to leave, I could not find a luggage cart so I had to make multiple trips to load the car. We were not happy with our stay.

This hotel offers a clean bed to spend the night. It's sparse, think military barracks or college dorm and you'll have an idea of how it looks.
On a positive note, the front desk staff was friendly, the pricess efficient. Oh, we had free parking, a big plus in the DC area. Also free, in-room Starbucks coffee with real creamer provided.

This hotel is tops in my book. I checked in and my room wasn't ready! The person at the counter didn't hesitate to upgrade my room at no extra cost. Then the hotel was clean, the room was huge! The bar and bartender made a great martini! Ask for one when you go! Minutes walk from bars, restaurant, and shopping! Will be back!

Great value for money. The hotel is at good rate, a short walk to the subway, making it a sort of an escape to the suburbs, after a day's work downtown. Breakfast looked limited at first glance but the taste was amazing; compliments to the chef. Room is spacious and clean

Our stay was pretty good. Our room was clean, spacious and had a very comfy bed. The hotel is located in a great location near lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff seemed nice enough...however, I kindly requested a mini fridge because one didn't come in the room (avail for free on demand) as well as an additional robe for my husband THREE TIMES (one upon arrival, one later that evening, and one the following night) with no follow through. The last two people I spoke to apologized and assured me they would place the request themselves and follow-up. No such luck. We never heard back and never received either item. The last night I gave up and accepted that it would not be. Super disappointing. 4-5 star aside from the customer service.

This is a nice hotel to stay in and the rooms are nice and clean. The lounge is good too. During my stay I did see an extra charge on the bill and it turned out to be a charge for 2 glasses of wines from the lounge. That essentially me and I called the accounting team at the hotel and it was another guest who had added my room number to the bill and signed it. They did clear that charge and refunded me the money. The staff was nice and polite and will definitely be back.

The rooms were very nice and clean. It was professionally maintained and was kept up well. The people working at the front desk were very nice an accomodating. My only small issues were that the bar staff seemed rushed to close the bar in the evenings. Also, I was staying at the hotel with my company. When I checked out the front desk charged my card by accident for the whole stay instead of just incidentals. It was a big deal though, and the people working the front desk handled it professionally

The room service food quality is exceptional. Shockingly good actually. Their software did try to pawn me a different room than I reserved, so I'd say their corporate ethics run shady. But the rooms are clean looking. Bed is soft.
