Aparthotel perto do centro de Logroño e junto à Gran Vía. Tem tudo nas proximidades, parques, bares e lojas. O serviço é muito bom, você pode pedir pelo WhatsApp e se tiver algum problema eles resolvem o mais rápido possível. Tudo muito novo nos quartos. O chão dos quartos está bastante sujo, peça aos seus funcionários para limpá-lo melhor.

Apartahotel cerca del centro del Logroño y al lado de Gran Vía. Tienes de todo cerca, parques, bares y tiendas. El servicio muy bueno, les puedes pedir el WhatsApp y si tienes algún problema lo solucionan lo antes posible. Todo bastante nuevo en las habitaciones. El suelo de las habitaciones está bastante sucio, por favor pidan a sus empleados/as que lo limpien mejor.

El apartamento en si está muy bien, limpio y colchón cómodo. La valoración de 2 estrellas es porque el frigorífico es tamaño mini, y lo más importante: no hay ninguna persona en recepción que te reciba , te informe y a quién preguntar (te tienes que entender con una máquina para que te de las llaves...); por esto no volveremos, preferimos establecimientos donde contratenpersonas para que te atiendan.

Apartamentos amplios y bien equipados. Cama muy cómoda y buena limpieza. El único inconveniente es el tema del parking, pues para aparcar en la calle, la cosa se complica un poco.. Buena ubicación.

Upon making your booking, the website doesn't inform you that the parking is paid; the property relies on the fact that if you are Spanish you know that parking costs at any hotel. Also, according to them, they "never said it was free". I personally found out that an extra 75 EUR is added to my booking because of parking when it was too late to find another accommodation.
Secondly, when reaching the property, we discovered that my husband and I had to sleep in single beds; upon inquiring with the property, they said we had apparently been informed at booking that there was no guarantee for the type of bed.
Third, don't get enthusiastic with the prospect of cooking, there's not even basic stuff like salt, pepper, olive oil. You don't have what you need even to wash one dish.
Fourth, we were ambitious putting the sign on the door asking for housekeeping; nobody came for 4 days.
Overall, very bad experience - apartment not equipped with stuff we needed and the customer experience lacked professionalism, fairness and empathy.
Definitely not coming again.
