Welcome to this magnificent house overlooking the pretty village of Caimari. It can accommodate 5 people. The exteriors of the house are beautiful. There is a chlorine swimming pool of 4 x 4 with a depth of 1.5 m, a terrace with two heights and a wonderful views, another fully furnished terrace and a barbecue. The house of 190 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one on the ground floor with double bed and two on the 1st floor; one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. One cot and a highchair are available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The living room is very cozy and well furnished. It has two comfortable sofas, two rockers, TV-Sat, a coffee table and air conditioning. There is a second living room with library where you can relax and read quietly some good book. The dining room is equipped with a large table and 6 chairs. The separate kitchen with vitro stove has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also avialable. The views from the house are magnificent. It offers view of the Tramuntana and the village, as the house is on a higher part of the town. Caimari is a small charming village located in the middle of the Tramuntana, which abounds in nature. You can find here everything you may need during your stay. Inca, a small town, is just 5 km from Caimari, where you will find larger stores and a variety of entertainment. The area is ideal for lovers of nature, hiking, treking, etc; Nearby there are various walking routes. Caimari is known for its oil production; using olive harvest from the area.
