I just spent a night at Sea Crest Hotel. The view is good but it is far away from everything, not convenient.But the most disappointing is the customer services.The girl in the front desk helping us was rude,sound like we are bothering her.When we checked out, my husband asked her for a receipt, she said she has already email us.We checked several times and don't see the email.So we asked her to print out the receipt for us. The quality of the print out waspoor but I am glad we insist the print out.We just got home andwe still didn't receive anything. They also charge a resort fee, I don't know what kind of thing they provide deserve this resort fee.Only indoor pool and gym, any respectable hotel will have these services. I will not visit this hotel again and will not recommend the Sea Crest Beach Hotel to anyone.

O bom: A equipe foi excelente e muito amigável. A praia e a localização são perfeitas. O ruim: reservei um quarto "De frente para o mar" (não o quarto "Vista para o mar") e consegui um quarto com vista para o telhado. É pura propaganda enganosa. Eles não deveriam ter me deixado reservar se não estivesse disponível. Havia obras em andamento, então havia trabalhadores do lado de fora da minha janela durante toda a viagem. Eu reclamei e consegui 20% de desconto, o que representa a classificação de 2 estrelas. A água do banho estava marrom. A piscina estava lotada.

The good: The staff was excellent and very friendly. The beach and location are perfect. The bad: I booked an "Ocean Front" room (not the "Ocean View" room) and got a room with a view of a roof. It's just plain false advertising. They should not have let me book if it wasn't available. There was construction going on so there were workers right outside my window the entire trip. I complained and got 20% off which accounts for the 2 star rating. The bath water was brown. The pool was crowded.

Beautiful views, very family oriented. It's not exactly a quiet getaway, but it's a very happy atmosphere. We stayed one night in August 2021. Our ocean front king size room was clean with soft, comfortable beds. The desk staff seemed very new and not overly familiar with the job, but overall I would stay here again.

Eu estava aqui para uma viagem de trabalho com minha família durante a baixa temporada de Cape Cod. Não havia nada de errado com o Sea Crest, mas também não me "uau". Não há muito o que fazer nas proximidades. É cerca de 10-15 minutos para qualquer tipo de entretenimento e refeições. Disseram-me que é melhor durante a temporada movimentada, mas não há muito o que fazer com uma criança de 2 anos no final de março.

Uau - um ótimo resort/hotel. Teve uma estadia fora de temporada durante um vendaval de abril. A caminhada ventosa ao longo da costa de Buzzards Bay foi memorável. Apreciamos um mergulho na piscina coberta/banheira de hidromassagem e tivemos um jantar agradável no restaurante do Red. Muito simpática.

Wow - a great resort/hotel. Had an off-season stay during an April gale. The windy walk along the Buzzards Bay shoreline was memorable. Enjoyed a dip in the indoor pool/hot tub and had a nice dinner at Red's restaurant. Very friendly staff.

I was here for a work trip with my family during Cape Cod's slow season. There was nothing wrong with the Sea Crest, but it also didn't "wow" me. There isn't much to do in the vicinity. It's about 10-15 minutes to any sort of entertainment and dining. I am told it's better during the busy season, but not much to do with a 2 year old in late March.

Quarto não era o que nós reservados-temos de olhar para o nosso pátio para um pedaço de madeira compensada, e um casal de idosos aconchegando-se no seu pátio-não a frente para o mar que escolhemos, mas foi lindamente decorado. Nenhum balde de gelo no quarto, e uma pilha de formigas ocupava espaço em nosso banheiro. Nós não poderíamos ligar porque o telefone do nosso quarto estava quebrado, graças a Deus por nossos telefones celulares. Nós estávamos lá uma noite, então fizemos as malas e saímos cedo. Disseram-nos que éramos os primeiros hóspedes a ficar lá desde o covid, então acho que as formigas eram esperadas ou o telefone ainda não estava em serviço? (Esperando que a roupa de cama fosse pelo menos nova?!) Almoçamos no bar e estávamos ambos doentes naquela noite, não pudemos aproveitar o jantar que foi oferecido. O café da manhã estava frio e as sobremesas não tão boas. Adoramos este hotel de nossas viagens anteriores, mas desta vez poderia ter feito melhor. Vamos torcer para que ano que vem seja melhor!!

Room was not what we reserved-we got to look out on our patio to a piece of plywood, and an elderly couple snuggling on their patio-not the ocean front we chose, but it was decorated beautifully. No ice bucket in the room, and a pile of ants took up space in our bathroom. We couldn't call about either because our room phone was broken-thank goodness for our cell phones. We were there one night, so we just packed up and left early. We were told we were the first guests to stay there since covid, so I guess the ants were expected, or phone's weren't in service yet? (Hoping the bedding was at least new?!) We had chowder for lunch in the bar and we were both sick that evening, couldn't enjoy the sit down dinner that was offered. Breakfast was cold and desserts not so great. We love this hotel from our previous trips, but this time-could have done better. Here's to hoping next year is better!!

Hotel precisa de algumas melhorias no quarto. Na chegada, a recepção foi muito agradável, fomos direto para a cama na primeira noite e não passamos muito tempo no quarto além de dormir. A segunda noite um forte odor desenvolvido no banheiro e abordamos na manhã seguinte com a recepção. Eles se desculparam e disseram que gostariam de saber mais cedo. Fizemos o check-out naquele dia, então não sei se eles consertaram. Perguntamos a outros hóspedes da nossa equipe e eles reclamaram de um odor semelhante que cheirava a esgoto bruto. Quase cheirava como se alguém comeu aspargos e fez xixi em todo o banheiro. Não ficaria aqui novamente.

Muito muito agradável paisagem em torno do hotel e excelente equipe. Tive uma boa experiência aqui. Ficou 3 noites e comida do restaurante no hotel foi muito bom. As vistas da sua janela são impressionantes quando o sol começa a definir. Praia fica à direita no hotel. Você poderia até andar descalço para a praia, é muito legal. Altamente recomendado!!

Hotel is in need of some upgrades in the room. Upon arrival the front desk was very nice, we went right to bed the first night and didn’t spend much time in the room other than sleeping. The second night a strong odor developed in the bathroom and we addressed it the next morning with the front desk. They apologized and said they wish they knew sooner. We checked out that day so don’t know if they fixed it. We asked other guests on our team and they complained of a similar odor which smelled like raw sewage. It almost smelled like someone ate asparagus and peed all over the bathroom. Would not stay here again.

Very very nice scenery surrounding the hotel and great staff. Had a nice experience here. Stayed 3 nights and food from the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The views from your window are stunning when the sun starts to set. Beach is right on the hotel. You could even walk barefoot to the beach, it’s really cool. Highly recommended!!

Pessoal muito simpático e acolhedor. Meu namorado e eu reservamos um quarto aqui para uma escapadela de fim de semana de final de temporada em outubro. Um grande evento foi reservado e nosso quarto ficava logo acima do salão de eventos. O ruído era insuportável após o check-in para o nosso quarto, então fomos para a recepção para informá-los. Adam e Donald gentilmente mudaram nosso quarto para outro quarto no prédio acima da piscina. Foi um upgrade agradável do quarto em que estávamos originalmente reservado e tinha uma bela vista do oceano. Estamos ansiosos para voltar para outra escapadela de fim de semana aqui no futuro.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My boyfriend and I booked a room here for an end of the season weekend getaway in October. There was a large event booked and our room was right above the function hall. The noise was unbearable after check in to our room so we went to the front desk to let them know. Adam and Donald kindly changed our room to another room in building above the pool. It was a nice upgrade from the room we were originally booked in and had a beautiful view of the ocean.We are looking forward to returning for another weekend getaway here in the future.

Tuve una muy buena experiencia durante mis días en el hotel. Debido a las precauciones tomadas por el virus, muchos servicios no estaban disponibles, como el de limpieza de la habitación, por lo que la experiencia no pudo ser de 5 estrellas. Pedimos toallas extras varias veces, pero no las recibimos.La ubicación del hotel es maravillosa y la comida es muy buena.Lo mejor del hotel es la playa.
