Viemos almoçar, o restaurante tem uma vista encantadora e uma saída para a praia, onde colocaram as suas espreguiçadeiras com guarda-sóis. Vinimos a almorzar, el restaurante tiene una vista encantadora y una salida a la playa, donde colocaron sus tumbonas con sombrillas. El menú es bastante bueno, así como la calidad de la comida, trajeron nuestro pedido bastante rápido, estaba delicioso. Por cierto tienen un bar ahí mismo y nos trajeron cócteles.

We came for a lunch, the restaurant has a charming view and an exit to the beach, where they placed their chaise-longues with umbrellas.
The menu is pretty good as well as a quality of food, they brought our order fairly quickly, it was delicious.
By the way they have a bar right there and brought us cocktails.

The Restaurant is in a beautiful location. However, on a culinary level and service-wise it can’t match other Sardinian Restaurants in the same price range.Among the dishes we tried: - Catalan style shrimps and octopus with shallots: Was served with rubbery calamari instead of octopus. Shallots only served after asking - Carloforte style seared Tuna: The Tuna was drenched in sauce and cooked to medium. Not at all seared and comparable to the seared Tuna we had in Carloforte, crisp on the outside and red on the inside - To their credit, the Tartars and the Pasta were all very good. - One more detail: The presentation of all dishes is almost identical with fried Carasau and pistachios.The service is not very attentive and only the chef de service could speak English.Lastly, for a restaurant which caters to a resort audience that might stay a week, it is unacceptable to serve the same menu all week with just four different main courses (none of them vegetarian) If you stay at the resort, we can only recommend to also check restaurants in the surrounding area, there are definitely better ones.We were especially disappointed because given that the prices were the same as in famous Sardinian restaurants like „Da Niccolo“ in Carloforte, we were expecting more.

Excelente vista, serviço e comida. O restaurante pertence ao recém-inaugurado Boutique Hotel Sant Efis e também está aberto a hóspedes externos. O terraço com vista direta para o mar é lindo.Tivemos um almoço maravilhoso para dois. Posso recomendar totalmente o Don Carlo.

Já tinha ido duas vezes a este restaurante, no verão passado, comendo muito bem. Voltei no dia 1º de maio e, embora houvesse muitas pessoas, o serviço foi impecável e a comida estava ótima. Os camarões azuis crus ainda tinham o sabor do mar, as primeiras deliciosas e as sobremesas sublimes, tudo ainda mais arrebatador da vista magnífica da Baía de Nora, da gentileza dos proprietários e da magnificência do hotel. Altamente recomendado.

Ya había estado dos veces en este restaurante, el verano pasado, comiendo muy bien. Volví el 1 de mayo y aunque había mucha gente, el servicio fue impecable y la comida estaba buenísima. Las gambas azules crudas aún tenían el sabor del mar, los primeros deliciosos y los postres sublimes, todo aún más fascinante desde la magnífica vista de la Bahía de Nora, la amabilidad de los propietarios y la magnificencia del hotel. Muy recomendable.

Excelente restaurante. Gran servicio desde el primer momento. Fantástica comida a precios extremadamente razonables. Las porciones son de un tamaño excelente. Excelente ubicación y brillante personal que habla inglés. Dudé después de leer las críticas anteriores, pero obviamente han mejorado su juego. Bien vale la pena.

The restaurant belongs to the hotel which looks very nice. Unfortunately while the staff are friendly the food is very average, underwhelming even and very overpriced. The restaurant itself is soulless and basic looking.

Excellent restaurant. Great service from the outset. Fantastic food at extremely reasonable prices. Portions are an excellent size. Great location and brilliant English speaking staff. I was hesitant after reading the earlier reviews but they've obviously upped their game. Well worth it.
