Eu esperava mais de um hotel tão conhecido como o San Agustín Devo dizer que as instalações estavam cheias de pó, não foram bem limpas. Os banheiros, a sala de jogos e principalmente a piscina impossíveis de usar ... As folhas secas se espalharam por toda parte. Você não poderia se inclinar em qualquer lugar porque você ficou empoeirado Senhores, fico triste em dizê-lo, mas nestas condições não poderia recomendar o hotel a ninguém.

Esperaba más de un hotel tan reconocido como el San Agustín Tengo que decirles que las instalaciones se encontraban llenas de polvo, no las han limpiado bien. Los baños, el salón de juegos y en especial la piscina imposible de usar... Las hojas secas regadas por todo lado. No te podías apoyar en ningún lugar porque te ensuciabas de polvo Señores me da pena decirlo pero en esas condiciones no podría recomendar a nadie el hotel.

The hotel staff stole from 3 of the people in our group and then denied everything and became hostel when we tried to contact the police. They had money locked in a safe in their rooms and after the rooms were cleaned the money was missing. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

Very nice hotel. I left early didn’t try breakfast we left early. Only concern if you have mobility issues no elevator- so request ground floor!

Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful little garden sitting. It was to cold to swim but the pool looked inviting! Food selection was good and the little bar by the restaurant was a nice little pop in place.WiFi in the lobby made it easy to reach out to friends and family.

OK. Nice grounds, lovely garden area. Rooms are modest but generally comfortable. Bathroom is good sized but water leaked from sink and pooled near the front of the toilet. Shower/tub had a wide surround that allowed a lot of water to spray outside the shower curtain, again pooling in front of the toilet. Hotel staff was not responsive to requests for extra towels to mop up the mess. Restaurant food was OK, nothing special.

Beautiful! Still has orange trees from the grove that used to occupy that space. Incredible spa! The grounds are stunning and should be explored while you are there! We could hear the sounds of the country at night, which is just a fun part of the experience. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs or a white noise machine. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful garden and hugh and clean rooms. Only a very small heater for the rooms, might beslightly cold in winter. About 15 minutes to walk to the main shopping street. Spanish could be helpful, as not all talk English.

This was a very enjoyable hotel. It's a little bit of a walk to the center of town but lots to see while you're walking. There are little convenient stores across the street for snacks. The breakfast buffet is great too! I had a massage after spending a day hiking and the masseuse was better than I've ever had in the US.
