This is a hotel for the undesirable. Cash customers only!! American Express at this hotel means absolutely nothing!!! Nothing, hotel ideal for the unwanted. I was treated like a criminal. I check in with my AmEx Platinum and I was refused service at the restaurant. I was told that I would have to leave a cash deposit on my account to eat there. I was locked out of my room and demanded that I pay them

pool and garden area are beautiful. hotel is very nice and very quiet. overall, it's a great deal- especially for the price! location isn't the very best part of monterrey but it is still very convenient. if you're looking for a location with nice restaurants within walking distance, this isn't the place. however, it's perfect for driving & easy highway access
