Hotel perfecto calidad precio, el hotel muy bonito, centrico alado de la plaza del Rossio, sin ruido. Muy bien desayuno y el personal encantador. Unico fallo, la gente que le cueste subir escaleras, no es para ellos, no hay ascensor. Por lo demas un 10.

Fantástico lugar para pasar unos días. Tiene muchas escaleras así que no es apto para todo el mundo pero por el resto es sensacional. Es bonito, cómodo, tiene encanto, está limpio, es silencioso, el desayuno aunque sencillo pero con productos de calidad, has la vajilla es de Bordallo Pinheiro, un plus. Todo con muy buen gusto. Nos pillamos una de las suites de arriba para asegurarnos que hubiera menos ruido y la verdad es que dormimos genial. Durante el día en el salón puedes tomarte un café o un te, es algo habitual en los Feel Like Home al menos en Lisboa.

Mala, malísima Por causa del covid, no hemos podido hospedarnos, tal y como cerraron Andalucía hemos intentado contactar con el hotel, para que nos dieran alguna solución ya sea aplazar la fecha o la devolución del importe, a lo que llevo dos días esperando una solución, al dinero ya me han dicho que no pero son pésimos para solucionar el problema. Que cojan el teléfono es un milagro, y te contestan a los e-mails al cabo de un día para otro.

The location of the hotel was perfect! Right in the city center. Very convenient to tourist attractions, busses, airport service..and so on. Rooms were very clean, hotel itself is well maintained. But the best part was it breakfast. Price vs quality is 10 out of 10.

I just love everything about this hotel: locations cannot be beaten, just right in the center. Staff is very nice, and friendly. We requested extra services, like for example, and iron, and it was provided in our room quickly. I liked the way breakfast was serviced, because one can get everything and feel safe since the food is wrapped for hygiene reasons, something really appreciate. The lobby area is cozy and nice, perfect to grab a drink after a long day. Around the area are tons of options for eating, shopping, sightseeing, and even a laundromat just in front. The room was perfect: not so big, but not so small. Bed very confortable, and nice shower: also, very spacious closet.

We stayed here 2 nights. The air conditioning had the first night an annoying sounds (we couldn’t sleep) we mentioned this to the front desk, they said they will send a technician to fix it. Next day, they told us that the sounds was fixed, night happened and the sound was still there! We couldn’t sleep as well, no one in front desk at night. WHY WOULD YOU PAY AN HOTEL IF YOU CAN’T SLEEP?
They said they will compensate us, but no answers yet from The hotel or Booking.com disappointing!
The hotel is around a square that is really loud all day and night, I can say that it’s a bit insecure (people sleep and live in this square)

No fue una experiencia muy buena. La recepcionista no nos explicó nada, cuando llegas tienes que subir bastantes escaleras con las maletas. El baño no estaba muy limpio sobretodo la zona de la ducha. Las camas son muy incómodas y las almohadas horribles. Si te toca en la primera planta siempre hay ruidos, están al lado de la cocina donde preparan los desayunos y no tienen cuidado de no hacer ruido por lo que a las 7 de la mañana estabas despierto. Tuvimos ruido durante la noche porque había goteras y solo se escuchaba agua caer. La organización del desayuno no era.muy buena, faltaban muchas cosas y no las reponía.

Rooms very clean and neat - breakfast very good. Centrally located, within walking distance to all sites, and near taxi stand. Staff EXTREMELY helpful and friendly - stayed two different nights and if ever I go back to Lisbon would stay there again.

We loved our stay here. Such a convenient location for everything. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is some street noise but, with the window closed, we were not troubled by noise. There are lots of stairs but we are fit, so not a problem. The communal lounge and the breakfast area are lovely and there are nice views over the square.The breakfast was delicious and the opportunity to help yourselveshomemade cake and drinks in the lounge is a lovely touch. We hope to return.

Pros - decent central location, friendly staff, nice breakfasts. Cons- twin room was smaller than our bathroom at home. Literally squeezing between the two beds. The square is the main area for homeless people to hangout and sleep. Quite noisy from the street and the bedroom shared a wall with the communal area that has music playing and breakfast noise from early. Not the greatest place for sleeping.

Hotel next to square with dodgy people hanging out - didn’t look very safe. Room had a tiny window that opened out to a wall. Stuffy all the time. Bed was literally two twin beds merged and kept falling in between. Breakfast is poor with limited options. The one star given for cleanliness.

Muy céntrico, pero sin agobio, habitaciones grandes y muy cuidadas (reformadas hace muy poco) , ademas de muy limpias, hay habitaciones con baño privado en la habitación y otras con baño privado en la misma planta pero fuera de la habitación muy gra de (solo lo puedes usar tu), el personal de recepción muy agradable. Los desayunos estan bien, variedad y surtido ademas van reponiendo muy rápidamente lo que se acaba. Por ponerle alguna pega no tiene ascensor, pero por lo demas es un sitio de los que merecen la pena y mucho, si estas buscando algo en Lisboa para conocer la ciudad esta es tu mejor opción.

Stay away! We booked a room in April for August, and got a confirmation. Arrived to find that they don't have a booking for us. First they claimed that we cancelled our booking, and showed us an cancellation email for different dates and different reservation number. The clerk/manager wouldn't help at all, saying they don't have any spare rooms. Eventually he looked and found a different hotel 120 euro more, and they wouldn't pay the difference. After insisting that they should pay the difference and to talk to his manager, he talked to his manager, and was willing to pay us 150 euro just to get rid of us (his words!). He offered us either a guesthouse for that price or an hotel far away from the center! We ended up booking a different hotel in center for 300 euros more (the cheapest one we could find last minute in high season) with no breakfast, that this hotel wouldn't pay the full difference.

Estuvimos dos días, el primero eran dos camas separadas, la habitación muy pequeña pero acogedora. El segundo día teníamos reserva en otra habitación con cama de matrimonio y, está vez, una habitación bastante grande (la de la fotografía). El desayuno estaba incluido, había bastante variedad y todo muy bueno. En general, me ha gustado bastante a excepción de que debes subir tres plantas cargado con las maletas puesto que no hay ascensor.
