É mais afastado da parte turística de Paris (estávamos com excursão) mas valeu a pena. Bairro charmoso, sustentável, apart bem equipado, limpo e confortável, café da manhã gostoso, mercado em frente ao hotel e restaurante próximo. Bom atendimento.

A localização do hotel é num bairro muito bacana, moderno e planejado. Tem um mercado e uma farmácia em frente ao hotel. Atendeu perfeitamente as expectativas do quarto, café da manhã e internet. A ressalva poderia ser a odorizacao do quarto, um pouco estranha, se comparado ao restante do hotel. Mas, indico o hotel e voltaria a me hospedar nele.

Boa residência, mas 100% proibido fumar no interior. Mesmo no seu apartamento, não é importante, são 0 cigarros. Então pagamos 230€ pela estadia mas eles querem escolher onde devo fumar. De qualquer forma, acho que não é justo, normalmente os hotéis devem ter um lugar para fumar ou um espaço para aqueles clientes que precisam fumar.

Hospedagem decente. A equipe do concierge é simpática e prestativa.A equipe de arrumação é extremamente rude. Seria bom ver sorrisos nos rostos, especialmente onde o idioma é uma barreira e você está trabalhando no setor de hospitalidade. Também ajudaria se eles fornecessem serviço de quarto de café e açúcar :)O restaurante de café-da-manhã é incrível, a equipe é gentil e cortês. Menção especial: tiro o chapéu para o chef, pois eles têm os MELHORES CROISSANTS de toda Paris!

Decent accommodation. Concierge staff is friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping staff is extremely rude. It would be good to see smiles on faces, especially where language is a barrier and you are working in the hospitality sector. It would also help if they provide room service of coffee and sugar :)
The breakfast restaurant is amazing, staff is kind and courteous. Special mention: hats off to the chef as they have the BEST CROISSANTS in all of Paris!

Eu sempre fiquei no Residhome durante minhas 3 visitas a Paris. É um hotel muito agradável com uma equipe muito boa. O café da manhã servido aqui é muito bom com muitas variedades. Também muito boa conectividade com todos os modos de transporte. Perto da estação de bonde t2 está lá...estação RER...estação de metrô...e diferentes estações de ônibus. Supermercado e farmácia nas proximidades também estão disponíveis. Também caixas eletrônicos.. parque infantil. Hotel também está tendo lugar de estacionamento suficiente também. O wi-fi também é muito bom. Eu prefiro ficar aqui durante minhas futuras viagens também. Sempre recomendo isso para meus amigos e familiares.

I stayed for one month in the hotel. When I arrived they informed me that the cleaning would be done two times per week and after three weeks they changed to only one without any explanation. The cleaning was done really poorly so after staying one month it was almost impossible to live there.

I always stayed at Residhome during my all 3 visits to Paris. It's a very nice hotel with very good staff. The breakfast served here is very good with lots of varieties. Also very good connectivity with all modes of transport. Nearby Tram t2 station is there...RER station..métro station...and different bus staions. Nearby supermarket and pharmacy also available. Also ATMs.. children's park. Hotel is also having enough parking place too. The wifi is also very good. I prefer to stay here during my future trips as well. Always recommend this to my friends and family.

Muito satisfeito com este hotel. Estávamos com um bebê e um cachorro e alugamos um quarto com uma pequena cozinha. Tem todos os materiais necessários (só que não tínhamos freezer) e a localização do hotel é ótima para uma família. Em frente a um parque e não muito longe da estação de bonde para ir ao centro de Paris. Se necessário, um estacionamento fica a 2 passos de distância. Recomendo vivamente este hotel, especialmente para uma família.

Very satisfied with this hotel. We were with a baby and a dog and took a room with a small kitchen. There are all necessary materials (just we did not have a freezer) and the hotel’s location is very good for a family. Just in front of a park and not that far from Tramway station to go to the center of Paris. If necessary, a parking is 2 steps away. I highly recommend this hotel especially to a family.

Hermoso el apart y su ubicación. La única sugerencia que haría es, que en la tarjeta de entrada al hotel colocaran la dirección o teléfono del mismo. Ya que me tocó regresar y no contaba con esa información lo que complicó mi retorno al hotel.Gracias

Es un Apart Hotel, ya que en la habitación cuentas con cocina y todos los utensilios. El desayuno bastante pobre. La gente de recepción y restaurante desagradables, punto a tener en cuenta y deben mejorar. Frente mismo hay un súper. Está alejado del centro y nada cerca del metro. Es mejor movilizarse en Uber.

Buen hotel, aunque a las afueras de París. Tardas como 15 minutos en llegar a la torre eiffel. Las habitaciones son grandes y 6 están equipadas con cocina. El baño impecable y con suelo radiante. Sin duda repetiré en mis viajes de negocios.
