The complex is located on the seafront, at the entrance to the town, in the Maria Pia district. The centre of Alghero is situated less than 2km away, and there is a bus service to the centre every 30 minutes. The 3-storey building houses a total of 41 fully furnished apartments. It also features indoor private parking (on request) and an internal swimming pool (complete with paddling pool) - that guests are free to use at any time. There are three different types of apartments, sleeping 4, 6 or 8 guests. Stylishly decorated and fully furnished, the apartments come complete with safety deposit box and satellite TV. The apartments are fitted with heating/air conditioning on request and charge.
