The resort is situated in the heart of Moncófar on a wide pedestrian street with a cycle way which leads to the sea, 500 m away. There are two supermarkets in the vicinity of the resort. The whole resort is closed off and there is a pedestrian zone to be used only by the resort's guests. The resort offers a total of 27 superb, brand new semi-detached family houses, suitable for up to 8 persons, with a private garage and garden and a communal pool. On the ground floor of each unit there is a spacious lounge with a sofa bed and terrace and a completely separated kitchen with ceramic hobs, a cooker, fridge, washing machine and kitchenware. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom and the guests have access to the terraced roof. Each accommodation unit feature a spacious 4-vehicle garage as standard. There is an outdoor swimming pool within the hotel's grounds and guests can relax on the sun deck.
