Esta foi a terceira vez que ficamos neste hotel por causa de compromissos no John's Hopkins Hospital. Dito isto, ficaríamos felizes em ficar neste hotel onde quer que estivesse localizado. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos; o prédio é super limpo e nossos quartos são sempre muito confortáveis. Não tenho nenhuma queixa!

This was our third time staying at this hotel because of appointments at John’s Hopkins Hospital. That said we would happily stay at this hotel wherever it was located. The staff are friendly and helpful; the building is super clean and our rooms are always very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever!

A few weeks ago we had a pleasant stay here overall, but Lynette, who ran the breakfast was outstanding. Every item on the bar remained well stocked, tidy and wiped down the whole time. The rooftop bar service was great. We had a little work function here and the atmosphere was relaxing. The food was great too. The staff were the highlight, making everything go smoothly and accommodating everyone. Big shout out especially to Amber and Rene, they were awesome!

O lobby é lindo e a segurança é útil quando você está perdido como eu. Aviso se você planejar uma estadia de uma noite, espero que o barulho não o incomode. As festas são incríveis, vou reservar uma estadia aqui apenas para me divertir. 15 para entrar no convés do telhado na noite em que fui. A comida era muito saborosa, mas cara. Eu tenho 2 controles deslizantes de bolo de caranguejo por US $ 14.

My son and I visited this hotel over three weeks ago.As we were arriving, there was some kind of loud event going on involving bright and flashy vehicles, which were disrupting traffic flow, which was on public property and not hotel property.We checked in with the front desk, whom was informative, and thorough during check in.We went and stayed on the 9th floor, and into our room.We were happy with the cleanliness of the room, the fact there was a kitchen in the room, complete with dining ware, drinkware, a fridge, and place to sit and meals.The room was comfortable, and it reminded us of the one we work at.However, we couldn't find a hair dryer, but that wasn't a problem.We stayed for two nights.We haven't had any problems staying there, and we wouldn't mind staying again.We have had excellent service, an excellent stay, and the employees we have interacted with were friendly and personable.Thank you.

The lobby is beautiful and security is helpful when you are lost like me. Warning if you plan a night's stay I hope noise doesn't bother you. The parties are amazing I will book a stay here just to have a good time. 15 to get into the roof top deck on the night I went. The food was very tasty but pricey. I got 2 crab cake sliders for $14 .

Residence Inn superou todas as minhas expectativas e eu ficaria aqui novamente!Ambos os meus quartos (estúdio e um quarto) eram tão espaçosos e o próprio hotel era muito limpo. A razão pela qual tirei uma estrela é que no meu banheiro encontrei itens deixados em um dos quartos por um hóspede anterior. Além disso, o chuveiro no outro quarto não parecia limpo. Eu informei a recepção e alguém veio e cuidou da situação. Caso contrário, o hotel foi ótimo.

¡Residence Inn superó todas mis expectativas y definitivamente me hospedaría aquí nuevamente!Mis dos habitaciones (estudio y una habitación) eran muy espaciosas y el hotel en sí estaba muy limpio. La razón por la que quité una estrella es que en mi baño encontré artículos que un huésped anterior había dejado en una de las habitaciones. Además, la ducha en la otra habitación no se veía limpia en absoluto. Informé a la recepción y alguien se acercó y se encargó de la situación. De lo contrario, el hotel era genial.

Residence Inn exceeded all my expectations and I would definitely stay here again!! Both of my rooms (studio & one bedroom) were so spacious and the hotel itself was very clean. The reason I took off a star is in my bathroom I found items left in one of the rooms by a previous guest. Plus the shower in the other room did not look clean at all. I informed the front desk and someone came up and took care of the situation. Otherwise the hotel was great.

Allot of transportation close by. Front desk staff wasn't aware of events at their rooftop when I asked Saturday. They weren't very friendly overall either. The breakfast kitchen staff were among the nicest of the whole place. Very helpful and personable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was nice.

The staff was so welcoming! I felt like I was wanted & appreciated! This started from the valet, front desk, cleaning professionals, chef Robinson and the immaculately cleaned and prepped suite! There were cleaning wipes at my disposal. The entire hotel was clean, bright and fresh smelling! The bed was amazing ( THE BEST). The bathroom was spotless ( with no lingering hairs in sight). It was really quiet! I cannot wait to visit again! What a great experience!!! The best hotel experience I’ve had in the city of Baltimore! This is my new spot!!!
