Minha experiência foi ótima no hotel Rapallo, a começar pela recepção, pessoal super atencioso. Os quartos tem um bom tamanho, a decoração é super charmosa, o banheiro é grande (cheio de mimos para os hóspedes), o chuveiro é muito bom, no quarto que fiquei tinha banheira no banheiro. O café da manhã delicioso, também é servido um chá da tarde (cortesia do hotel) a partir das 17:00h, eu particularmente amei, porque depois de andar praticamente o dia inteiro pela cidade com a temperatura próxima a 0 graus, nada melhor que um chá para esquentar. Ah, a localização também é muito boa. Nota 10.

My husband, myself and two other friends stayed at the Hotel Rapallo. The service was outstanding!! Lorenzo was very amicable and went beyond to make us feel very special. We were treated like royalty. The rooms were clean, comfortable and serviced daily. The beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. The breakfast bar food, pastries, and coffee were excellent! Lastly the location was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, monuments, and airport. We meet a couple that have been visiting this hotel and staying here for 13 years. Certainly, says a lot!
Definitely a 5-star establishment!!

We travelled to Florence, for our first time, taking the opportunity to use it as a hub to transit Italy, from top to bottomWe stayed with the Rapallo for two weeks, and were thoroughly pleased with the staff, level of service, and especially the foodA wonderful room, large for Europe, that was comfortable, and faced the street.Easily walkable to anywhere, and a short jaunt to the train station, will ferry us to anywhere in the countryA wonderful location.Our son is travelling through Italy, and plans to base out of the Rapallo, and day trips out of Firenze

Very warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The owner, Lorenzo, greeted us and made us feel like family. The entire staff is professional, warm and helpful. The hotel is clean and classy. Beds are super comfortable. Delicious American breakfast included with the room. Very conveniently located but not too close to the hustle and bustle. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Florence area.

Our stay at Hotel Rapallo exceeded our expectations! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We loved sitting in the restaurant for afternoon drinks and a snack after a long walk around Florence. The rooms were clean, and the location was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

Our room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. It is close from train station. We just walked 11-12 minutes to reach hotel. AC was working very well despite the hot temperatures of 38-39C. Only downside was the WiFi, it was slow and sometimes not working from our room.

Beautiful hotel! We had a large, clean updated room facing the street. The soundproofing was good any it was very quiet. The staff was super professional and friendly. And the included full breakfast was great. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the main sights. We were fine with that because there many local restaurants nearby. We were very happy with Hotel Rapallo!
