This accommodation is just perfect for couples with or without children who love the village life and want to discover the authentic Majorca. This cozy, two-storey villa with a size of 130 m2 counts with 1 bedroom with one double bed. The bedroom is located on the 1st floor. There is a sofa bed for 2 persons extra in the living room. The bathroom comes with bath tub and is located on the ground floor. There is no air conditioning in the villa but we are pleased to supply a fan on request. You feel the welcoming and cozy-rustic atmosphere in the whole house. The living room is the right corner to read a good book, watch television (Satellite TV) or just relax. The adjoining dining area comes with a wooden table and six chairs and invites you to have a pleasant dinner with your family. The kitchen is fully equipped and counts with everything you may need during your holidays. You will find a toaster, coffee machine, oven, vitro ceramic hob, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, cutlery, glasses and plates in the kitchen. The villa also has a washing machine. There is no garage or covered parking space but you could park for free in front of the house on the street. The terrace with a size of 80 m2 is equipped with a table and four chairs. The pool is located in the building next to the house and it is shared with the neighbors, but they rarely use it. You have access to the pool area through a door that connects both plots. The chlorine pool has a size of 2.20 meters x 9 meters. There are also 2 sun loungers available. The area around Petra is particularly rural with fertile land and lots of farmers. The idyllic, rolling countryside invites you to take long strolls, to hike or to cycle and explore the beauty of this peaceful zone. You can still find lots of wind mills there. It's very romantic to walk along the small paths, passing cornfields, wind mills and old farms. On the horizon raises the "Puig de Bonany", this is with 317 meters the highest elevation of the area.
