Omer and pasa were very helpful and provided great service. They were very attentive to meeting our needs. Despite the language barrier they were able to communicate effectively and help us understand the entire menu.

As the honeymoon trip was an important occasion for us, we decided to choose Radisson Blu because of its location with romantic restaurants and the Bosphorus view. They really surprised us by make up or room for honeymoon and makes my wife happy. It was a fantastic hotel and they know how to make your trip romantic. Clean and big room, wonderful view, comfortable bed, enjoyable shower, great location, polite staffs, fresh breakfast, professional management. Thanks Ms. Arzu Turan and all of the staffs for everything.

El hotel es bonito, la comida es muy buena,el personal de recepción y cocina muy amable. Pero a lo que pongo un cero es la limpieza de las habitaciones el baño lleno de hongos, la alfombra muy sucia y cuándo vienen hacer limpieza es muy mal hecha, no aspiran, no limpian, solo tienden camas y tiran basura de los cestos, las cabeceras sucias , el piso la alfombra no se diga, a los huésped no se lis obliga el cubre bocas. La limpieza en las habitaciones sería por lo cual no regresaría a este hotel.

Without any doubts I give these five stars value for this hotel!Thanks a lot to Pasa - very kind, polite and attentive staff personnel along with all other employees.The hotel has wonderful location to visit all the sightseeings! It also has wonderful view, neat ant tidy rooms (with iron and ironing board inside!), nice and modern interiors, OUTSTANDING food!!! Each meal is a gastronomic orgasm!I have traveled a lot, so I have an experience of visiting various hotels. This one is a really good one in all angles of view!

Their staff is very helpful and friendly, they are always at your service. The location is also wonderful, you can get a beautiful view of the golden horn but the only downside is that their furniture is old. They need to stir things up a bit.

We stayed here for 15 nights and to be honest everything was as expected. The staff were very nice all the time, the cleaning was good and the hotel was safe. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the rooms, even though very good and everything worked well, are due for some renovation. Pasa served us some fresh fruits and that was a nice gesture.

Location of the hotel is great. Easy to get to Taksim and a short walk to Tophane tram station or sishane metro station. The hotel itself is okay for a five star. The breakfast is not the best and to be honest I expected a lot more from a Radisson Blu. The staff were hit and miss, some were great and very friendly and some were not helpful and a little rude. Myself and other some other guests at the hotel that I met had the same issues with the cards not working properly on the lifts. Quick fix. However, one of the night staff receptionists were very rude and blamed my phone being in my pocket.
The room was nice but you have to request housekeeping because of COVID which makes no sense to me as surely you would want to clean more not less? The bathroom was spacious and we had a lovely view of the sea.
For the right price I would stay again at this hotel as the location was great.

They hotel provided a great service, to me. The breakfast was amazing traditional Turkish breakfast. The beef stake at dinner was superb. The cost for the food and hotel is cheap.
I want to give a shout out to Adnan and the other staff who took great care of me and made me feel welcome and comfortable at the hotel.
