Habitación de 40 metros cuadrados espectacular. Hotel muy bien ubicado. Hay un parking gratuito a tres minutos justo enfrente de la playa de los vascos, que además te lo sugieren en recepción. El personal te atiende en español y son súper amables. Hay albornoces en la habitación. El desayuno es muy variado y de calidad excelente. Las instalaciones súper nuevas. En definitiva, un 10 a todo y repetiremos sin duda alguna. Relación calidad precio excelente. Muchas Gracias

Muito competente e amigável sala e equipe de recepção. Café da manhã: ampla escolha e produtos frescos. Espaçosa sala limpa. Pontos negativos: a governanta é uma pessoa muito grosseira. as molduras estão dilapidadas com infiltrações de água. O restaurante evita cardápio reduzido e preços altos.

Hotel bem localizado, com uma decoração algo banal e desbotada. Grandes salas de reuniões na cave, com pé-direito bastante baixo. No verão, um bar no terraço da cobertura, no 5º andar, com uma ampla vista para a costa e para o mar e músicos de jazz em determinados dias. Equipe amigável.

The beds were old and very uncomfortable. We had to ask for an extra bed for our children because they would not be able to sleep without waking each other all night (at extra charge). Very disappointed that Radisson does not refurbish the beds and baths more often.

I have spend two days in this horrible hotel. Its way overpriced and i dont recommend it. The rooftop bar is way better on the pictures than in reallife. Terrible staff who are always complaining. One good thing and that was the pingpong table.

Um hotel muito bem localizado, perto do centro da cidade. Custo-benefício em quartos standard médios: em frente ao aluguel do restaurante ao lado (insonorizado). Pessoal muito agradável, quartos espaçosos.Grande desvantagem: o preço do estacionamento é de 30 euros por noite. Isso representa um orçamento concéquente para estadias longas.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia no Radisson. A vista do telhado é magnífica, o pôr do sol é de tirar o fôlego! Os quartos estão bem equipados e espaçosos. Nota especial para equipas que são atenciosas, profissionais e de simpatia inesquecível. Já estamos ansiosos para voltar.

Hotel bem posicionado, café da manhã farto com produtos frescos, porém, não chega depois das 9h30 porque falta tudo e há espera para os servidores recarregarem. O quarto é amplo, agradável, mas muito mesquinho quando se trata de produtos de banho e cuidados, sempre temos a impressão de estar implorando porque não temos o suficiente, é desagradável. A piscina é aquecida e agradável, a vista da cobertura é ótima.

Good brunch with limited choices, no proper cereals for example. Slightly expensive for what it is. Very nice staff. <- this is just for the brunch and 4/5.Had a premium sea view room and the room in itself is nice but some details are lacking, notably that the TV are not cast capable even though that’s specifically mentioned when reserving. The bathroom is in a sorry state as well, not worthy of the 200€ price tag during the off season. Plus are hidden and not available easily, as if electricity is a treasure. <- this is just for the hotel and 2/5.Total = 2/5 since the room is way more expensive and has more weight.

I went to the rooftop and there was a good jazz band there. The views are amazing. The staff is super friendly!

The hotel itself is OK, although a bit overpriced in my opinion.
My main criticism is that although there were signs up saying that masks were required in public areas, there was no effort to get guests to wear them. Only 20% or so of guests did wear them. I see this as a problem with the hotel's management that places both guests and staff at significant health risk. I would not stay there again.

This Hotel is great, service is at the level you can expect from a Hotel that belong to the Radisson brand. Food was great and staff very friendly. It is within walking distance from all the nice places. We will be back.

Quite poor value for money. Our family had 3 rooms, and all rooms and bathrooms were all quite dated! The beds aren’t particularly comfortable and the pillows are noticeably tired/deflated. Frustrating service as well; water bottles in the room weren’t replaced, no pool towels by the pool (you need to collect them in the lobby!), we were insistently told we couldn’t order an adult-priced version of their bolognese pasta (only available on the kids menu), we were told we had to go down to reception to collect one of their dental kits as it couldn’t be sent to our room... the list goes on.

Very nice. When we arrived we couldn't access our room, because a group of important people had booked it last minute. So the manage gave us a room upgrade and we didn't have to pay for our last night. The staff is very professional, there's a pool on the roof top (a bit smaller then it looks in the pictures), the breakfast is good and the rooms are nice. Would recommend, especially for big groups.

Hotel con una una ubicación perfecta,personal super amable,el desayuno está bastante bien,las vistas desde la piscina y el restaurante son super chulas,la comida muy muy bien,en calidad,presentación y ración. Un hotel fantástico para visitar Biarritz,dispone de parking,20 al día,desayuno algo caro 23,dispone de Spa,Hamman y sauna.Habitaciones grandes con todo lo necesario amenitis,Albornoz,zapatillas,plancha y tabla,cafetera etc no falta detalle.Repetiremos,muy recomendable

Friendly and professional staff. It felt like they cared about making our stay memorable. The room was spacious and quiet with a comfortable bed. The steam room in the spa was great, very private and the spa staff were friendly too. Thanks for a nice time Radisson Hotel!

Hotel moderno, cómodo y con habitaciones amplias. En general el personal de recepción es muy amable. Solo falló una persona que era, precisamente, española. Desayuno bien. Y una cosa muy buena en mi opinión es que tienen máquinas de hielo a disposición de los huéspedes, cosa que por Europa no es muy habitual.
