Gosto da corrente e agora finalmente sou um membro. A equipe é tão profissional e amigável que você se sente imediatamente bem-vindo. O quarto é grande o suficiente, ótimo interior, roupa de cama muito aconchegante e o que é um lindo piso de madeira ... Cafeteira, chaleira e banheira disponíveis! A localização é ótima, pois tudo pode ser alcançado a pé, mas um bonde também pára em frente à porta. As dicas de passeios e a melhor maneira de chegar lá são amigáveis na recepção. Sem falhas, com prazer novamente! Oh sim: uma coisinha! As esteiras são um pouco antiquadas.

Nice rooms, mas o barulho da noite toda da discoteca nas proximidades arruinou a nossa estadia. Eu, minha esposa e meu filho de três anos não conseguíamos dormir depois das 4 da manhã por causa das vibrações da música. Foi-nos oferecido para mudar de quarto naquele momento, no entanto, recusamos. Gostaria que eles nos colocassem em uma sala silenciosa desde o início. Não vou voltar.

Nice rooms, but the all night noise from the dance club nearby ruined our stay. Myself, my Wife and three year old couldn’t sleep past 4am because of the music vibrations. We were offered to change rooms at that time, however we declined. Wish they’d put us in a quiet room from the start. Will not go back.

A tad bit disappointed by some aspects of the room (they have a swimming pool but there are no robes nor slippers in the room - the mini bar was empty and dirty) but I still had a nice night of sleep and great breakfast. Happy anyway, I'd recommend without a doubt.
Parking is available on site (20€/night) and location is perfect: right in between Munsterplatz and Markthalle!

Raramente experimentamos um hotel tão bom e hospitaleiro. A hospitalidade suíça funciona tão bem quanto os famosos relógios suíços.Tudo neste hotel exala qualidade e conforto que fazem qualquer viajante a negócios se sentir imediatamente à vontade. Ora, foi que ficamos aqui com crianças ... E a surpresa foi grande ver como foi bom e caloroso o acolhimento dos jovens viajantes! (9 e 2).Eu não posso dar nada além de um grande 10 para este hotel! Se dar 11 também teria sido possível, esse ponto extra se deve às camas, simplesmente maravilhoso!

Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Can’t fault the stay at all - the service was second to none. Stayed in 7 Star hotels elsewhere and can honestly say the staff here were more helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Ali on reception was very helpful with check in and assisted us in providing general advice about the city, directions etc. Also, I would like to commend Nick the manager who saw me struggling with two young children en route to breakfast and came to assist, served me tea at breakfast and also helped to load up the car etc to make my life easier. He even contacted our hotel cologne which we were travelling to next to let them know about our arrival in advance so that when we arrived there we had such a smooth check in and experience. It was great to see a manager lead his staff by example.Highly recommend.

Rarely have we experienced such a fine and hospitable hotel. Swiss hospitality runs as smoothly as the famous Swiss watches.
Everything about this hotel exudes quality and comfort that makes any business traveller feel instantly at ease. Now it was the case that we stayed here with children.... And the surprise was great to see how good and warm the welcome was for the young travellers! (9 and 2).
I can't give anything else but a big 10 to this hotel! If giving an 11 would also have been possible, that extra point is due to the beds, simply wonderful!

Hotel bonito, funcional y cuidado en el centro de Basel. Personal muy amable y profesional. Mi habitación era pequeñita pero muy cómoda y agradable. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno y la cena muy surtido y todo muy bueno. La selección de quesos genial!!. Muy recomendable!!

Muy buena relación calidad-precio para lo que se estila en Basel y genial ubicación. Si te gusta nadar cuando estás de viaje, tiene una piscina interior muy decente.Me gustó mucho el detalle de bienvenida de poner unos chocolates de Läderach (los mejores de Basel para mí) y la botella ee gaseosa suiza, que sabía a medicina pero era muy curiosa.La habitación que me tocó era un pelín justita de espacio, pero correcta.En definitiva, un buen hotel y una gran opción para una estancia de trabajo o placer en Basel.

Buena localización y cómodas habitaciones. Cuenta con una piscina climatizada y hay un pub irlandés a 20 metros donde tomarte una buena cerveza y ver el partido de ti equipo.
