A única razão pela qual classifiquei este como quatro estrelas é por causa do serviço de limpeza. As empregadas eram excelentes e pareciam adorar o seu trabalho.

Horrível!! SE SEU SMART, FICAR LONGE!!! Gastei mais de $ 2.000 hospedando-se lá por duas semanas com meu filho de 14 anos e toda vez que comprávamos uma garrafa de água, demos gorjeta de $ 2 ou $ 3 e mesmo que eu tivesse pedido várias vezes para eles me dizerem se eles tinham nenhum quarto em todo o hotel que eu possa alugar, não importa o quanto eu pague! Bem, eles não sabiam que eu ainda estava do lado de fora esperando por um táxi e nós embalamos na véspera de Natal, 2 horas depois e alguns poucos apareceram nesse meio tempo, eles alugaram para eles sem nenhum problema por quase 300

I spent over $2,000 staying there for two weeks with my 14 year old Son and everytime we so much as bought a bottle of Water we tipped $2 or $3 and then even though I asked numerous times for them to tell me if they 00 out that there's no one room in the whole hotel that I can rent it no matter how much I pay!!
Well they didn't know I was still outside waiting for a cab and we stuff on Christmas Eve, 2 hours later and afew few show up in the meantime they rented to them with no problem for almost 300

After being on the road for 15 hrs, all we wanted to do was to check in, take a shower, relax with our pups and get a good nights sleep. I booked this room with our bonus points and it was 12,000 points. Which paying for the room would've been close to $100. That means the room should be nicer than normal, the staff should be nicer than normal, right? We spent the points, got there to check in at this "Pet Friendly" choice hotel. I told the guy we had 2 dogs, right off he tells me it's $35 per fee each. EACH...that's the price of a room just about. And we've never paid over $20 at ANY Choice hotel for our dogs. So, I told the guy that. He only charged us for one pet fee. We get to the room finally, and the lights were all unplugged, the tv was unplugged, the room was freezing which took over an hour to warm up. We stay at Choice hotels quite a lot, and have a good status with them, but this motel should be classified with an EconoLodge in every aspect, and EconoLodges shouldn't be part of Choice brands as far as the ones we've had the displeasure of renting. The guy at the counter wasn't very friendly to deal with which set the mood for the stay. I'd have given it a better rating, but we booked this room several hours beforehand and it should have been ready.

Eu fui para este hotel, o quarto era muito bom, mas o resto do hotel não era. Havia sangue no edredom que não era meu e havia um inseto na cama e quando trouxemos para o cara na recepção, ele perguntou se tínhamos uma foto e então culpou o inseto na cama dizendo que nós provavelmente abriu a porta deslizante (o que não fizemos). Além disso, quando estávamos saindo do hotel, havia outro casal esperando na recepção por algum tempo perguntando se alguém estava lá (para fazer o check-in) e o cara que deveria estar fazendo o check-in estava fumando um cigarro do lado de fora no telefone. Não recomendo.

Este hotel precisa de muito trabalho. Fizemos o check-in, o cara era legal, pedi um andar alto e o melhor que consegui foi o 2º andar. Quando entramos no quarto, senti que estava muito lotado bem na entrada, a mesa de passar estava manchada. Quarto parecia limpo e cheirava bem. A banheira estava aberta. Também não me senti seguro porque a porta de entrada que estava a usar não fechava completamente. O colchão estava duro e afundado, desconfortável. Muitas pessoas estranhas ao redor, meu marido estava pegando gelo e quando voltou ao quarto uma senhora de toalha (sim, só de toalha) perguntou se ele queria falar com ela. A piscina não estava disponível e eu não acho que estava disponível antes de Covid. O café da manhã era uma sacola marrom com uma laranja, 2 tipos diferentes de muffins e um burrito de café da manhã ... As governantas foram muito educadas e nos ajudaram com o que precisávamos ... e, por último, mas não menos importante, a recepção não deve falar alto para use fones de ouvido enquanto há gests, e quando virem convidados em corredores ou escadas, eles devem reconhecê-los ... no geral, não vamos ficar lá novamente.

This hotel needs a lot of work. We checked in the guy was nice, I asked for a high floor and the best I got was the 2nd floor. When we got into the room I felt it was too crowded right in the entrance, the ironing table was stained. Room seemed clean and smelled good. The tub was peeled up. I did not felt safe either because the entrance door I was using, it did not close all the way. Mattress was hard and sunk, uncomfortable. Too many weird looking people around, my husband was getting ice and when he returned to the room a lady in a towel (yes, only in a towel) asked him if he wanted to talk to her. Pool was not available and I don't think it was available before Covid. Breakfast was a brown bag with an Orange, 2 different kinds of muffins and a breakfast burrito.... Housekeepers were very polite and helped us with what we need,,, and last but not least, front desk shouldn't be aloud to use headphones while there's gests, and when they see guests on hallways or stairs they should acknoledge them... overall we won't be staying there again.

I went to this hotel the room was very nice but the rest of the hotel was not. There was blood on the comforter that was not mine and there was a bug in the bed and when we brought it up to the guy at the front desk he asked if we had a picture and then blamed the bug in the bed on us saying we probably opened the sliding door (which we did not). Also when we were leaving the hotel, there was another couple checking in waiting at the front desk for quite some time asking if anyone was there (to check them in) and the guy who was suppose to be checking them in was outside smoking a cigarette on the phone. Do not recommend.

Estuve 2 noches en este hotel. Me gustó el desayuno, el personal del chequeo muy buenos. No le doy más de 3 porque me pusieron en el tercer piso que era para no fumadores y el olor a marihuana no me dejó dormir la primera noche. Además el ruido de la habitación continua era muy fuerte. Se escucha todo en el baño. También había pañuelos kleenex debajo de la cama y pelos negros largos en las toallas. Lo demás está bien.

Les recomiendo está hospedería buenas atenciones y limpieza además de su desayuno buffet, al frente un mall y cerca varios fast Food y el cinema, farmacia etcétera
