Tivemos uma estadia incrível neste fim de semana. Reservamos um pacote promocional com eles, além de ingressos para o show de Jesus. O show foi incrível. O hotel era limpo e tranquilo. As camas eram confortáveis. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e acolhedores. O café-da-manhã foi incrível incluindo salsicha, waffles, ovos e biscoitos e calda. Tivemos um problema com a apresentação em outro local e a equipe do hotel foi muito prestativa. A nova gerência trabalhou duro para nos ajudar a resolver nossos problemas na apresentação do Club House. Nossa experiência foi incrível. El hotel estaba limpio y tranquilo. Las camas eran cómodas. El personal era amable y servicial. El desayuno era increíble e incluía salchichas, gofres, huevos, galletas y salsa. Tuvimos un problema con la presentación en otro lugar y el personal del hotel fue muy servicial. We had an amazing stay this weekend. We booked a promotional package with them plus tickets to Jesus show. The show was amazing. The hotel was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome including sausage, waffles, eggs and biscuits and gravy. We had an issue with the presentation at another location and the staff at the hotel was so helpful. The new management worked hard to help us solve our issues at the Club house presentation. Our experience was amazing. Some people are hard to please and difficult to work with. I believe some of these reviews are from drama people who are different to please. Thanks for a great stay. I’ll be back.

Ligamos e fizemos reservas por telefone com o dono do hotel, ele afirmou que receberíamos um e-mail com nossas reservas e itinerário, nunca recebemos o e-mail, assim que chegamos a senhora da frente não tinha ideia de que estávamos chegando, acabou saindo e voltando uma hora depois para fazer o check-in. Ainda não recebemos nossos ingressos ou itinerário neste momento, o proprietário ligou de volta mais tarde e nos pediu para passar no escritório, uma vez lá, sua esposa estava sentada na mesa e ficamos de pé onde ela nos viu e ainda pôde nos ver por 15 minutos sem perguntar se ela poderia nos ajudar, decidimos sair e a senhora da frente entrou e ela finalmente nos ajudou, (ainda sem ingressos), mas tínhamos uma reunião de plano de viagem em 8:30. No dia em que estávamos planejando ver Jesus no Sight and Sound Theatre, não conseguimos nossos ingressos no hotel. Felizmente para nós, a equipe do teatro foi extremamente útil para garantir que pudéssemos ver o show. Espero que eles melhorem o atendimento ao cliente no Quality Inn, o que deveria ter sido um fim de semana agradável se tornou muito estressante devido à falta de organização e à falta de comunicação com a recepção. NO ENTANTO foram rapidamente provados errados. Ficamos 3 dias neste local e devo dizer que a equipe foi tão convidativa. DIA 2 - as camas eram incríveis e facilmente vencer qualquer Hampton/Hilton/Holiday Inn que já ficamos, infelizmente acordamos com 2 pneus furados e NOVAMENTE o departamento de manutenção foi em nosso socorro. Este hotel comprou um compressor de ar não apenas para nos ajudar, mas quando nos oferecemos para pagar, eles recusaram educadamente, afirmando que isso também pode ser útil para futuros clientes. O café da manhã TAMBÉM superou qualquer cadeia de hotéis que já tivemos e o gerente do hotel sempre cumprimentou os clientes com um sorriso e perguntou como estava indo a comida e a estadia. À tarde, ele foi visto LIMPEZA DA PISCINA EXTERIOR. Nós nunca experimentamos uma equipe tão gentil do hotel! Fazia facilmente 100 graus lá fora e nosso ar condicionado mantinha 65 graus em nosso quarto sem umidade (sim, gostamos de frio), DIA 3 - os novos proprietários deste local receberam os clientes tomando café da manhã perguntando sobre sua estadia e tudo o que pudessem fazer por eles , eles deram lembranças da minha família. 2 Star hotel, 5 star service! I booked very economically directly with the hotel, the front desk hooked me up with free tickets for a quick presentation. My kiddos loved the shows.We used both of their pools and saved money on their big breakfast. Literally between the free show tickets and free breakfast and good pools, I had almost a free vacation.

We called and made reservations over the phone with the hotel owner, he stated that we would receive an email with our reservations and itinerary, we never received the email, once we arrived the lady up front had no idea we were coming, ended up leaving and coming back an hour later to check in. We still did not receive our tickets or itinerary at this time, the owner called back later and asked us to stop by the office, once there, his wife was sitting at the desk and we stood were she saw and could still see us for 15 minutes without asking if she could help us, we decided to leave and the lady from the front came in and she finally helped us, (still no tickets) but we had a travel plan meeting at 8:30. The day we were planning to see Jesus at Sight and Sound Theater we could not get our tickets from the hotel, Fortunately for us the staff at the theater were extremely helpful in ensuring we were able to see the show. I hope they improve on their customer service at Quality Inn, what should have been an enjoyable weekend was made very stressful because of lack of organization and failure to communicate with the front desk. A simple email would have made all the difference. I will give credit where it is due, everywhere we went on the property was very clean and the pool being open 24/7 is really nice.

This place is under new ownership, totally remodeled. Me and my family booked this location and at first glance upon arrival was a bit skeptical. HOWEVER were quickly proven wrong. We stayed 3 days at this location and must say the staff were so inviting. Day 1 the maintenance employee (Wayne) immediately greeted us and asked if we needed anything, brought us warm towels and suggested many neat places to go in town. DAY 2- the beds were amazing and easily beat any Hampton/Hilton/Holiday Inn that we have ever stayed in, we unfortunately woke up to 2 flat tires and AGAIN the maintenance department was to our rescue. This hotel purchased an air Compressor not only to help us but when we offered to pay for it, they politely declined stating this may be of help for future customers too. The Breakfast ALSO beat any hotel chain's we have ever had and the hotel manager always greeted customers with a smile and asked how the food and stay was going. By afternoon, he was seen CLEANING THE OUTDOOR POOL. We have never experienced such kind hotel staff! It was easily 100 degrees outside and our AC maintained 65 degrees in our room with no humidity (yes we like it cold), DAY 3- the new owners of this location greeted customers eating breakfast asking about their stay and anything they could do for them, they gave my family souvenirs. These people are doing an amazing job with minimal staff and were beyond a blessing for my family. We are super thankful and appreciative and will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! It’s location right on the strip provided easy access to everything. Our room was clean & spacious and the air conditioner worked great. We met the owners Amanda & Chris and they could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. They were able to answer all our questions and gave us direction and assistance when trying to decide which shows to go see. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.

my husband and I booked a promotional package with them for two nights and the JESUS show. Check-in was supposed to be at 4. We arrived at 6 and was told they were low on housekeepers and our room wasn’t ready yet. They stated they would text us when ready. We had a 7:30 show so we weren’t too concerned. At 9pm I messaged them and they then confirmed a room was ready. We pulled in, they first tried to get me to sign a paper that stated I would sit through some hour long presentation and I immediately told them I didn’t agree to this. They apologized and said I didn’t have to do that and gave me a key to a room. We went to unload our things to walk into a room that was dirty… like housekeeping hadn’t even touched it since the last guests, as the bed was unmade etc. we went back to the front desk. They were so disorganized that they didn’t know which rooms were clean or which were dirty… this was the front lobby staff and Chris and Amanda (the new owners) It was 11 pm (7 hours after check in time) and we still didn’t have a room. They just sat there vs attempting to go see if there were any other clean rooms on the property. We had to argue to even get a partial refund. We decided to drive 45 minutes back home as we wanted nothing to do with that place. It was an awful experience and just wanted everyone to know.

Please look below; don’t let yourself get into this situation. This is how the management responds. Look at the 500 plus reviews… mostly awful! This place needs to be shut down until they can get adequate staff to get clean rooms as this has been happening for months!

A temperatura e a pressão da água são boas. O quarto muito apertado. Excesso de móveis sem uso. Precisávamos de uma mesa para que pudéssemos ter comido no quarto. Apenas um casal executando este Inn de qualidade na faixa serviço tão lento. Belo casal mesmo. Ficaria aqui novamente. As piscinas são boas. Ambos poderiam usar atualização e uma boa limpeza. Foi muito tranquilo durante a nossa estadia até aqui. Todos em todos um bom lugar para ficar para o dinheiro. Sem percevejos, sem baratas, sem cheiro de animal de estimação. Nós trouxemos 2 adolescentes conosco e eles gostaram da piscina no exterior melhor. A água da piscina coberta estava muito fria e muito desatualizada e poderia usar uma boa limpeza. Room not cleaned during our stay. Had to ask for clean towels and washcloths every day. Same sheets for 3 nights, like at home basically on the sheets. Beds not made up during our stay so far, been 3 nights. Entire room could use an update. Bathroom very small and needs updating. Water temp and pressure is good. The room very cramped. Too much unused furniture. Needed a table so we could have eaten in room. Only a couple running this quality Inn on the strip so slow service. Nice couple tho. Would stay here again. The pools are okay. Both could use updating and a good cleaning. It has been very quiet during our stay this far. All in all good place to stay for the money. No bedbugs,no roaches, no pet smell. We brought 2 teens with us and they liked the pool on outside best. The indoor pool water was too cold and very outdated and could use a good cleaning. We had a smoking room. Got what we paid for. Cheap.

Seriously, the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We reserved two rooms, and received confirmation. Upon arriving at almost 6pm, we were welcomed by a very rude, front desk attendant, who gave us papers where she had taken it upon herself to cancel reservations, stating she had no clean rooms. After several calls to the Choice help desk, and her conversing with her manager, she stated that she'd clean rooms. She stated it would take her 1 hour and 45 minutes to do so. She then locked the lobby. Never left the office. As we were on the phone with Choice customer relations,they called the property. Suddenly our rooms were clean. We went to them and checked them. They were awful.Pet hair, general filth. Our daughters room was the worst with bloody sheets etc. We called the office, and their solution was to bring clean bedding. They elected to just drive home. We stayed the night, but it was an all around horrible experience.To the owner: You have what might well be the bestspot on the strip. A virtual gold mine. With proper management, properly trained desk attedants, a decent maintenance supervisor, and a properly trained housekeeping staff, there are limitless possibilities.Right now you are in possession of a prime location, and a filthy disaster.To those who In need of a place to stay the night, I would suggest you try every place else. I would sleep in the jeep, before I'd consider staying at this sh#thole again. We didn't even try breakfast, because if it were as clean as their rooms, there's no telling what we may have contracted.

It had an elevator in the front building, the heater worked great but hard to adjust the temperature. They were remodeling the motel, hot tub was shut down and boarded over, breakfast was slim, toilet was small bowl,they didn't clean the room ever while there, front desk staff was hard to find and left the office at 10:00.

Friendly staff, great location, indoor pool, excellent value. Towels delivered as soon as requested to pool. The pool was way too chlorinated. And only one day did we get meat with breakfast.
