Ficamos o fim de semana por ocasião do jogo da Itália, uma excelente localização para chegar ao centro a pé ou à cidade do Vaticano. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos (a senhora síria muito atenciosa em servir o café da manhã). A estrutura é totalmente nova e confortável, principalmente travesseiros e colchões de excelente qualidade.

A great little place to stay. Rooms are small, clean, and nice. Perfect for Rome, because why waste money on a big room that you will never be in. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 and is lite but delicious. For those coffee junkies they have someone to make espresso. The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from all the major sights, but located in what seems to be more of a local area with some amazing places to eat. Um ótimo lugar para ficar. Os quartos são pequenos, limpos e agradáveis. Perfeito para Roma, porque desperdiçar dinheiro em um quarto grande em que você nunca estará. O café da manhã é das 8 às 10 e é leve, mas delicioso. Para os viciados em café, eles têm alguém para fazer café expresso. O hotel está localizado a cerca de 20 minutos a pé de todos os principais pontos turísticos, mas localizado no que parece ser mais uma área local com alguns lugares incríveis para comer.

Prima is located right on the river which we found convenient for most places since we don't mind walking. However towards the end of the trip I got injured and did find it a little out of the way. I also then noticed that our room is on the 1st floor which is technically the 3rd floor. The elevator doesn't really help since you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to it. The employees are beyond wonderful here. Our room overlooks the river which we enjoyed. However, it is on a very busy street which makes for a lot of noise during the day. The breakfast spread is very European but I think there is something for everyone. The rooms are small but a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The TV has a function to have it in Italian or English which we enjoyed. I started every morning with a fresh cappuccino which staff makes for you at breakfast. The juice selection is also very enjoyable. Well worth a stay here. Prima está localizado no rio, o que achamos conveniente para a maioria dos lugares, já que não nos importamos de caminhar. The rooms are pretty average but i would say the location is decent, good food around and not touristy.Close to metro a few blocks away, on the orange line thst will take you to a lot of the sights eg colleseum and trevi fountain, terminal station. I would say this place needs a simple hanging sign that says 'do not disturb'.We didn't want housekeeping, but the guy came into our room anyways when were were away.Earlier in the day I say him and he was coughing away and not wearing a mask while he was cleaning other rooms, so I asked him to not clean or enter our room. Os quartos são bem na média, mas eu diria que a localização é decente, boa comida ao redor e não turística. Perto do metro a poucos quarteirões de distância, na linha laranja thst irá levá-lo a muitos dos pontos turísticos, por exemplo, colleseum e Fontana di Trevi, estação terminal. Eu diria que este lugar precisa de uma placa simples que diz 'não perturbe'. Nós não queremos arrumação, mas o cara veio em nosso quarto de qualquer maneira quando estávamos fora. No início do dia, eu disse a ele e ele estava tossindo e não usando máscara enquanto limpava outros quartos, então pedi a ele que não limpasse ou entrasse em nosso quarto.

Las habitaciones son bastante normales, pero diría que la ubicación es decente, buena comida y no turística. Cerca del metro a pocas cuadras de distancia, en la línea naranja que lo llevará a muchos de los lugares de interés, por ejemplo, el Colleseum y la fuente de Trevi, la estación terminal. Diría que este lugar necesita un simple cartel colgante que diga 'no molestar'. No queríamos el servicio de limpieza, pero el tipo entró en nuestra habitación de todos modos cuando no estábamos. Más temprano en el día le dije y estaba tosiendo y no usando una máscara mientras limpiaba otras habitaciones, así que le pedí que no limpiara ni entrara a nuestra habitación.

Terrível. Me deixaram 15 minutos na rua para atender meu check-in, e ainda estava dentro do horário estabelecido. Eles me mudaram para outro hotel e nunca me deram os detalhes corretos da internet. Queriam me cobrar o dobro da taxa municipal. O check-out foi ruim, embora a garota tentasse ser amigável, era difícil se entender porque ela só falava italiano, a conversa foi feita por meio de um tradutor online, foi lenta e ela não conseguiu me ajudar no final. Eles não podem cuidar de sua bagagem porque não há funcionários suficientes. Extremamente pobre, melhor pagar um pouco mais para um melhor serviço.

Nice espaçoso quarto, muito limpo, foi limpo e as toalhas trocadas todos os dias. Boas-vindas cordiais, o check-in tardio é possível por € 15. A cozinha está disponível, então você pode z. Mais estratégico do que isso ... você morre! Excelentes quartos, acolhedores e tranquilos, apesar de estarem virados para a rua com vista para o Tibre. Há também um espaço de estacionamento conveniente, mediante pedido. Excelente limpeza. Altamente recomendado.

Pésimo. Me dejaron 15 minutos en la calle para atender mi check in,y aún estaba en el tiempo establecido. Me cambiaron a otro hotel y nunca me dieron los datos correctos de Internet. Me querían cobrar dos veces la cuota del municipio. El check out fue malo aunque la chica trataba de ser amable, era difícil entenderse pues solo hablaba italiano, la conversación la hizo por traductor en línea, fue lento y no me pudo ayudar finalmente. No te pueden cuidar tu equipaje pues no hay personal suficiente. Sumamente deficiente, mejor pagar un poco más por un mejor servicio.

Alojamiento tipo hostal en el centro de Roma, en el Trastévere, pero justamente pegado al río. Habitación amplia muy limpia y completamente renovada en un piso también completamente renovado.Acceso autónomo con código tanto en el portal como en el propio hostal.Atención agradable y cercana aunque la comunicación con el propietario puede ser un poco lento.

Más estratégico que eso ... ¡mueres! Excelentes habitaciones, cálidas y tranquilas, a pesar de que dan a la calle con vistas al Tíber. También hay una cómoda plaza de aparcamiento bajo petición. Excelente limpieza. Muy recomendable.

Decent size room. Everyday cleaning. TV. Air conditioning. Balcony. 6 minutes walking from the underground. Downside is:room too noisy. You could hear everything from the next room, even people just taking. The balcony is shared with another room

Absolutely awful customer service and denial to cancel a reservation a month before the actual date. The most reasonable way is if you need to pay a fine anyway - this should be 10-15% of the whole amount. They withdrew the whole payment nevertheless. We said we were obstructed suddenly and could not make the trip. This was not taken into an account. They just wish to cheat money out of the people and not offer any good mannered service.

Lower your expectations This was a formerly offic place that the whole floor was modified to a hotel...12 rooms max..very very simple breakfast Room are small..so and toilet and shower Going outside to restuarant or site seeing is at least 20 min. Metro as well...15 min... I prefer to pay extra 200eur per week and stay at citycentre 4* place.

Had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights. Very hospitable staff, warm and friendly people. Breakfast was very good. We also got to stay in the new part of the complex so wifi wasn’t available but other than that everything was perfect!

Absolutely enjoyed staying in this place. It's like a diamond in the rough. My room was spacious and clean. The fridge is stocked with drinks and the water is free. I mention the free water because the last place I stayed charged for everything in the fridge and at outrageous prices. Breakfast was very good, continental but everyone can find something. I don't eat meat but having scrambled eggs and pastries suited me well. The location is nicely situated next door to an inexpensive grocery store and the metro (Leponte I think it was). It's also a short taxi ride from Roma Termini if you would rather hop a ride to/from the larger station. If I make it back to Rome, I would definitely stay here. Last but not least the staff is super friendly and most helpful. I was skeptical about not having around the clock front desk, but I can honestly say I missed nothing. It totally works. I highly recommend this spot.
