Estrutura maravilhosa do hotel, mas atendimento pode melhorar... compramos um ticket para coco bongo com tranfer dentro do hotel e no dia o tranfer nao apareceu.. tivemos q pagar taxi e o hotel disse q não se responsabilizaria, pq compramos no expedia.. mas estávamos dentro do hotel... A comida é sensacional, as bebidas podem melhorar... a localização é ótima!

Minha experiência no Barceló foi fantástica. A estrutura deles é excelente, a comida muito boa, a piscina é deliciosa, o pessoal darecreação é super animado. Voltarei com certeza neste ou em outro resort da franquia.

Resorts FANTÁSTICO. Sugestão para uma refeição fora do tumulto, Hole 19. Restaurante italiano foi o melhor atendimento, e a melhor comida. Se quiser tomar um bom vinho, compre no futuro free da chegada e pague 10$ a rolha. Mesmo que não seja um apreciador, charutos Dominicanos são melhores que Cubanos.

Essa foi a segunda vez que fui ao Barcelo Bavaro Grand Resort e como sempre foi MARAVILHOSO!Na primeira vez fui em 2013 apenas com meu marido e um casal de amigos. Curtimos muito a área apenas para adultos. Agora voltamos em setembro de 2018 com outro cenário: com nossa filha de 3 anos e grávida de 6 meses. E foi perfeito! Ou seja, o Barcelo Bavaro atende muito bem a casais e famílias com muito carinho e cuidado desde a hora que você chega até a hora que vai embora.Com piscinas incríveis, comida maravilhosa, praia paradisíaca... sua única preocupação é relaxar. Apesar de ser usuária de resorts no Brasil, nunca encontrei algum no mesmo nível com um custo x benefício tão bom. Os resorts brasileiros tem muito ainda a aprender, por isso em 2019 estarei de novo em Punta Cana ♥

Great resort, highly recommend for families.Steak house, sushi and American restaurants were fantastic...stay away from seafood, they prep for the evening earlier in day so if you like your lobster tail to mush in your mouth like peas go for it otherwise pick a different place

Huge Resort lots of walking. I booked family duplex which was not worth it because I had to walk every day 10 to 15 min to reach the beach. Bedroom not bad and not great deffenetly not 5 Stars, Single beds my kids slept kept moving while they turn over during sleep. Food was not that great,but for sure you will not starve. Al la Carte was a waste of time, you loose 2 to 3 hours just get in and sit down and order. And NO SHORTS AT MOST OF THE AL LA CARTES My son 13 years old could not enter the Japanese restaurant and the manager would not let him get in. Japanese and steak house was good all the rest not worth it. One thing I could not understand is resorts depends on tourism why they dont have English as a mandatory language. Good luck trying to explain to a waiter or cook what you want,like telling you want your burger well done. Beach was my favorite out of all. Being a Family resort... I dont think so all day long teens drunk, throwing up and doing crazy things. I will not go again because this resort is so huge, I was at a previous resort and the service was way better and food 70% better just because it is smaller.

The place is upmost beautiful however, if it was no great and amazing staff it would be just that.. the staff works so hard and to they greatest ability. My friends at the POOL BAR IN-FRONT of the Bridge- always recognized and greeted me with ease and excitement.. pertaining to the following workers Hector Rames. is best manager there hands down, Carlos Batista really good man always with a smile, Juan c Berrow, junior peno, duse soto and david soto treated us so well. When me and my husband wasn't at that bar, we was at the ENTERTAINMENT BY THE BEACH. My family. They all are so special to me at heart, they taught me how to dance and brought me out of my comfort zone i love them all. Now when everyone is calling it a night and its only one bar open, we head over to the game room and sports bar.. my favorite place after hours. My other family my sisters yisel pujois and carolaish ventura never stop having our favorite drinks in our hands. We talked and laughed a whole bunch it was nothing but good vibes. I travel to a new location every 3 months and this was by far my favorite trip ever! I was in paradise! Amazing job to the management team of this hotel! I went around getting names because I was treated that well!
SPORTS BAR - CAROLAISH VENTURA was amazing! I went to this bar every night and she was the best!! I cried leaving which was very shocking ! So polite and nice . Also Yisel pujois was such a beautiful soul!
BAR - CARLOS BATISTO & HECTER R was super cool and greeted us with a smile the entire trip! GREAT ENERGY!
ENTERTAINERS - ENGEMBER GOMEZ, JOAN SINEIS, LISSETTE CONSTANZO, GARDENIA FIGEREO, YLBAMIA SANTANA, BRYAN, MARIA gave me the best time daily! I looked forward going to do Zumba, playing table tennis and enjoying laughters and fun! They were the highlight of my trip! Literally a family energy! I will be returning to this hotel with a group of 13 in June and I pray to God they will all still be working there ! Best staff out of all the Caribbean countries I’ve travelled to!

We did the Premium level and we thought it was worth it. The separate restaurants were nice and our lounge was great. We borrowed a few books from the little library and there was always water or drinks. The price difference when we booked was very minimal.

Es el mejor hotel que he visitado. Una atención de primera, instalaciones modernas y espectaculares. Piscinas hermosas. Tren con recorrido interno. Varios restaurantes de excelente calidad. Muy buen servicio. Wifi adicional en función de la cantidad de dispositivos y días a disfrutar. El sitio es inmenso y tiene de todo para entretenerse sin necesidad de salir del hotel. La playa es de agua tibia y tiene muchas algas, aunque consultando con los locales me enteré que es un problema que tienen desde hace un par de años, por lo que se escapa de sus manos. Sin embargo, se puede pasar un muy buen rato allí. Igualmente, de querer visitar otra opción, tienen personas que pueden asesorar para ir a paseos (pago adicional) donde van a otras playas que no han sido afectadas. La disco es divertida aunque es mejor los días viernes y sábado. Una experiencia que sin duda repetiría y recomendaría.

Muy buen hotel, casi excelente, excepto por la comida del Buffet, para mi gusto excesiva cantidad de platos caribeños y para quienes no nos gustan sólo había arroz, pasta y pizza... siempre lo mismo. Escasa variedad de quesos y fiambres. Tema aparte son las algas de la playa... muchísimas (diciembre 2018) Excelentes piscinas y cómodas habitaciones.

We just came back from DR last week. We love this resort. Very clean and very well taken care of. We where very impressed. For the size of this resort, everything is very well placed. Any walked that you have to do, is thru beautiful walkways and nothing is to far. The beach was very clean. The kids enjoyed playing volleyball for hours. The food was very good and lots of varaity. Lots of shopping stores in the resort. The show's where very well done. I wish I can give more that 5 stars. The only thing I can say negative is that we try to upgrade to premium rooms, and we where sent back and forth for 2 days and in the end there was nothing available.I can'treally blame them for being over booked. I just wished they wouldn't have wasted my time. All in all, we would go back with out thinking about it. Thank you for the staff and management for and great experience.
