Estacionamento subterrâneo disponível. Lavanderia self-service disponível mediante pagamento. Quartos totalmente mobiliados. Serviço de quarto oportuno e profissional. Mesmo em frente ao parque Beke Ter. Tem serviço de elevador. Animais de estimação são permitidos.

Não há nada premium no Premium Apartment House. Mas isso não significa que tudo seja ruim. Os quartos são relativamente limpos, móveis e móveis são antigos, a televisão é inútil. Felizmente, o Wi-Fi era estável e rápido. Cama confortável, café da manhã muito modesto. A limpeza durante a estadia foi muito superficial. Preço OK.

Alterar os preços, não é justo !! No caso de aluguel de longo prazo, eles não estão dispostos a descrever a oferta, precisam consultar por telefone. O mesmo apartamento é vendido por 200 mil ou 250 mil, os preços são fixados com base no som? Olhei os apartamentos mas acabei não alugando, quem sabe o que mais eu deveria ter pago a mais se virem que tenho dinheiro. Trabalho numa profissão, isso é inaceitável! EU NÃO RECOMENDO!

El mismo apartamento se vende por 200 mil o 250 mil, ¿los precios se fijan en base al sonido? Miré los apartamentos pero terminé sin alquilar, quién sabe qué más debería haber pagado extra si ven que tengo dinero. Trabajo en una profesión, ¡esto es inaceptable! ¡NO LO RECOMIENDO!

Had an amazing stay.. very hygienic ..close to all amenities stores..bus and tram station nearby therefore no problem regarding transportation... very polite staff ..

No hay nada premium en Premium Apartment House. Pero eso no quiere decir que todo sea malo. Las habitaciones son relativamente limpias, los muebles y muebles son viejos, la televisión es inútil. I had an excellent stay here with my partner. The staff is very friendly... Although their level of English could be better. The rooms was spacious & clean. And the cleaners came daily to keep it tidy :) The breakfast / coffee is also great downstairs. I highly recommend this place. The Margareth Island is close too just like the WestEnd shopping mall/downtown area

Stayed for two nights with family during a group tour in May 2017. Lovely green and peaceful location. Spacious comfy room with all amenities (except soap!) that includes a fully equipped kitchen (yes, crockery, cutlery and four-burner induction furnace). There are two department stores next to the House, just in case one has forgotten to pack for a holiday or tour. Courteous staff, excellent service.
