Standard premier and Inn. Decent enough rooms. Far better than their competitors. Knocked a star off because this one was more expensive than others I stayed at during the week. The service is the same and the location isn't significantly better therefore less value for money

The staff at this Premier Inn are just fantastic. Iv stayed in lots of Premier Inns and the Penrith staff really are a cut above the rest. Nothing was too much trouble, and despite all the Covid requirements they were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast with Michelle serving was great, although the buffet has temporarily gone you can still have as much as you want delivered to your table. The rooms and the restaurant were very clean. All in all very impressive

Great place to stay. Excellent prices with lovely rooms and fantastic beds. Air conditioning is fast and effective and the wet room was very well equipped for my disabilities. This will be our new base for visiting the lakes. Do expect to struggle with Penrith's one way system at first but it's a pretty town and well worth the effort. Location in town is very good too.

Looks big from the outside. Actually is run by a few devoted staff ppl. It works. Great atmosphere. Not overcrowded. Just right. Room was clean and comfy. Food could be improved but is fairly OK for such a small kitchen. Visiting second time. Again praise the staff for its competence.
