O quarto NÃO é como as fotos em seu site. A pintura está descascando na porta e não há fechadura interna. O dispensador de papel higiênico é tão antigo que ficou amarelo. A tira do armário caiu e está caída no chão atrás do vaso sanitário. Os armários do banheiro estão lascados e inchados. Há um amassado na parede e um remendo inacabado no banheiro. Não há cortinas de rede, portanto, não é possível abri-las, pois o quarto dá para o estacionamento no térreo. Sem frigobar. O controle remoto da TV não tinha parte traseira, então as baterias não estavam protegidas e não podia ligar a TV. Não tenho certeza do que a limpeza de Covid tinha sido feita, como eu encontrei em outros hotéis, como o controle remoto da TV em capa de plástico, e a recepcionista não estava usando uma cobertura para o rosto ..... não retornará.

La tira de los gabinetes se ha desprendido y está en el piso detrás del inodoro. Los gabinetes del baño están desconchados e hinchados. Hay una abolladura en la pared y un parche sin terminar en el baño. No hay cortinas de red, por lo que no se pueden abrir las cortinas ya que la habitación da directamente al aparcamiento a nivel del suelo. No hay mini nevera. El control remoto del televisor no tenía respaldo, por lo que las baterías no estaban aseguradas y no se podía encender el televisor. No estoy seguro de qué limpieza de Covid se había hecho, ya que encontré en otros hoteles, como el control remoto de la televisión en una funda de plástico, y la recepcionista no estaba usando una cubierta facial ... no regresaré.

The room is NOT like the pictures on their webite. The paint is peeling at the door and there is no inside lock. The toilet paper dispenser is so old it has gone yellow. The cabinetry strip has come off and is lying on the floor behind the toilet. The bathroom cabinetry is chipped and swollen. There is a dent in the wall and an unfinished patch up in the bathroom. There are no net curtains, so cant open the curtains as the room looks straight onto the car park at ground level. No mini fridge. TV remote had no back so the batteries were not secured and couldn't switch on the tv. Not sure what Covid cleaning had been done as I have found in other hotels, like tv remote in plastic sleeve, and receptionist was not wearing a face covering.....will not be returning.

La ubicación es agradable, las habitaciones son esperadas y reflejan la marca, sin embargo, faltan almohadas y toallas adicionales. Las instalaciones para café y té eran muy escasas en esta ocasión y tuve que pedir más. El hotel era bastante ruidoso, con mucho ruido que se oía sobre las habitaciones, sin que los otros huéspedes fueran particularmente ruidosos. La alarma contra incendios se activó durante la noche debido a que otro huésped fumaba, el personal se disculpó y nos mantuvo informados.Pocos olores a humedad en los pasillos, y medio en limpieza.

A localização é boa, os quartos são esperados e refletem a marca, porém falta o travesseiro e as toalhas adicionais. As comodidades para fazer café e chá eram muito escassas nesta ocasião e tive que pedir extra. O hotel era muito barulhento, com muito barulho vindo dos quartos, sem que o outro hóspede fosse particularmente barulhento. O alarme de incêndio disparou durante a noite devido ao fumo de outro hóspede, a equipe se desculpou e nos manteve informados.Poucos odores de umidade nos corredores e limpeza média.

The location is nice, the rooms are expected and reflect the brand, however there is lack of the additional pillow and towels. The coffee and tea facilities were very spare on this occasion and had to ask for extra.
The hotel was quite noisy, with lots of noise being heard from over rooms, without the other guest being particularly noisy.
Fire alarm went off over night due to another guest smoking, staff were apologetic, and kept us informed.
Few odours of damp in the corridors, and average in cleanliness.

It was a very comfortable room, but turned abit cold and we couldn't get the heating to work. Also we had to go out and buy tea bags and milk as there wasn't nearly enough provided for us.

3am. 16° outside 25.5° was as cold as I could get it in the room. Desk fan didn't really help but kept me awake. Bad back because if a single flat pillow. Toilet paper smelt of bacon! Stains on bedding. Cobwebs. Poor security. Social.distancing didnt really seem to be a "thing".Worst premier Inn I have stayed at.

Very elegant and accessible spot. They serve large portions and for fair prices. We liked the food very much and the staff members were super affable and informative. Highly recommended.
